I experienced a puncture today in Basingstoke and had ro be rescued. Just tyres in Basinstoke was the only place which had my car tyres in stock. All sorted in 20.minites. No frills no hidden charges. Just a excellent service. Thank you

Really appreciate

I was early, but was able to drive straight in. These poor guys had run out of coffee. I had some and made us all a cuppa. Amasing guys, very helpful.

I was very pleased with the service I received. It was easy to order on-line and the staff were helpful when I arrived.

Cold called into the Basingstoke branch of Just Tyres for hopefully a quick tyre check. Amazing service, chap on reception, Jake I believe, came out straight away and checked my tyres over explaining that I needed two new front ones as my tracking was out and causing excessive wear, this was clear to see once he showed me. Waited about 10 mins then car was in tyres area but I could not find my locking wheel nut, I had to leave and return once I discovered where it was. Prior to returning I called Jake and he said to come up in about twenty mins and they would fit me in right away. Arrived and straight into bay, both tyres changed in quick time and my wheel alignment carried out, got discount on both tyres and discount on alignment. Was really pleased, such a lovely bunch of chaps working in there, all really friendly and nice. Buying things like tyres is never a great joy to spend money on but Jake and the team at Just Tyres certainly made it more bearable with great service, a warm welcome and lovely smiles, I would highly recommend this place and very very good price all round compared to other local companies.

Super quick, figured out the issue straight away. One of the guys even noticed the wheel nuts hadn’t been torqued properly and did every wheel for me. Would highly recommend using these guys. Will and Leo both first class.

Ordered a tyre to be fitted the next day in Basingstoke which was not delivered to the center. The staff there were helpful and after calling around, Head Office promised delivery two days later. I dropped my car off as requested first thing in the morning and despite the promise, the tyre still was not delivered. I had to take my business elsewhere. Just Tyre were not the cheapest supplier but i wanted to patronise a local business which turned out to be a waste of time. I give two stars only because of the efforts of the Basingstoke center manager in trying to solve the problem.

Had a last minute tyre issue, Callum and Will were super helpful and mega polite. Can't recommend enough. Thanks a lot.

This is a review for Just Tyres in Brunel Road, Basingstoke:

I ordered 2 tyres online via justtyres.co.uk on Tuesday morning, to be fitted Wednesday afternoon. All good so far.

Wed: I visited at the appointed time only to be told the tyres hadn’t arrived. No explanation was offered & no attempt was made to find any tracking information.
While I was there, another chap came in enquiring about having a puncture repaired. He was told they couldn’t do it as they had run out of repair patches!

Thurs: I went back – no change.

Fri: I went back – Still no tyres, but the manager had just spoken to head office and another pair of tyres was going to be sent out for arrival sometime on Monday.

Tues the following week: I visited again and the tyres had arrived. I watched while they were fitted and was dismayed:

They (both fitters) removed the old tyres without deflating the tyres first. This causes explosive deflation, which is not safe in my view. I wonder if they’ve got a risk assessment for that.
Then I noticed that the tyre valves hadn’t been replaced. I was told they had run out! They also said that they had run out of balance weights earlier & had had to go out and buy some more out of their own pocket! Not replacing old valves is a breach of contract and likely also a breach of their duty of care to the vehicle user.

I insisted that the existing 8-year old valves must be replaced and that if they couldn’t do that I would take my wheels back without the new tyres. They did manage to scrabble about looking everywhere & eventually came up with 2 new valves. They also don’t appear know that a tyre should be fitted so that the "red dot" on the tyre is located opposite the valve.
I had to ask for the receipt paperwork.

I can’t trust that the wheels are properly balanced, so I will take them elsewhere to be re-done.

This is the worst service I have ever had at any tyre centre in 40 years, and in my view some of the work was done in an unsafe manner. They also seem to be incapable of keeping stocks of vital items required to Just replace Tyres. I will never return – not without someone from the HSE in tow. They’re only 1 mile away.
