Do not trust these people. I went there to check one of my tyres for a puncture, hoping the tyre could be repaired as I just recently had all 4 wheels replaced. The assistant barely touched the tyre and told me it couldn't be repaired and needed replacement. They offered a new tyre for £100 whereas the same tyre at Halford cost £83.The next day, I went for a second opinion at Fast Fit and they repaired the tyre with no problem. Just Tyres obviously can't be bothered with providing the service.

I placed an online order for the tires and scheduled a fitting appointment for 15:30 on Thursday. Anticipating a smooth process, I contacted your Bedford branch at 15:00 to confirm the availability of the tires, only to be informed that they were not in stock, and the staff could not provide assistance.

In an effort to address the situation promptly, I reached out to your head office, where a helpful lady assured me she would investigate the matter and promised to return my call. Unfortunately, despite her initial commitment, I did not receive any follow-up communication.

This incident resulted in the cancellation of a prior commitment to accommodate the tire fitting. It would have been greatly appreciated if your team had proactively communicated the delay, allowing for better planning on my end.

In light of these challenges, I made the decision to cancel my order with Just Tyres. Subsequently, I placed an order with MQ Tyres, who efficiently arranged for the fitting of four new tires on the same day.

I believe open and transparent communication is crucial in fostering positive customer relationships. I trust that this feedback will be taken constructively, and improvements will be made to ensure a more seamless experience for customers in the future.

From the moment we arrived at the depot we were made welcome, everything was explained to us in detail.
We were told it would take between 30 and 45 minutes to fit the tyres, and we were offered tea or coffee, we opted to use the time to pop to the local shop and returned about 25 minutes later fully expecting to have to wait another 10 minutes or so, we were pleasantly surprised to be informed that everything was done and the car was good to go. Lovely people, friendly and polite.

Your employee on site was working on his own and appeared a bit over run with walk ins on the day we booked.
Tyre pressure was set too low and had to correct at another garage the following day

Just tyres in Bedford were very efficient. I booked the appointment online and turned up a bit early but the tyres were ready for me and fitted straight away. Would use them again.

The manager was great, he got me in on time and tyres that I ordered were fitted quickly.

Despite the company I ordered from messing up the order, Just Tyres were more than helpful with sorting my car. They fitted me in the next day and were very accommodating, thank you very much.
