Crawley branch where very very slow, my appointment was booked for 4 o'clock the didn't start doing my tyres until 5:15 an hour and quarter late. They drove the customers cars in and out of the unit way to fast, not impressed!!! I would not use Crawley branch again.

I booked an appointment for 4 o'clock on the 23rd of October. I arrived 10 mins early only to find that they were running late. I ended up waiting until 5 o'clock before they started fitting two tyres on my vechile.
I was not the staffs fault that they were running late because there were only two members of staff working. The manager was running between fitting tyres and answering the phone and speaking to customers. Just tyres sort it out and get more staff at your Crawley branch.

I arrived at 8:20 and my car was pre-booked online to have 3 tyres for an 8:30 appointment but only 1 member of staff arrived for opening up, a lorry was waiting on their forecourt which the only staff member started loading with old tyres with the driver, as did other members of staff when they eventually arrived. FINALLY STARTED my car at 9:30….drove away around 10:15!!! No apologies from staff. Chris was friendly, polite and helpful but this didn’t make up for the inconvenience…prices were great but I expected better from a pre-booked appointment and will pay the little extra somewhere else next time. Won’t use again.

I booked to have 2 new tyres fitted and tracking online. When I arrived at Crawley branch they refused to do tracking telling me to return 2 days later. I questioned this as had booked and paid for the service the response was " take it up with the online booking team " Both of my front alloys have been severely damaged during the fitting process ...ABSOLUTELY AVOID this place they clearly do not employ trained tyre fitters! Complaint to customer services in progress

Excellent service from the Crawley branch who went above and beyond when I was delayed by the repairers replacing my windscreen.

When booking my VW Up I asked if the Crawley centre could replace an MOT failed track rod end dust-cover as well as two tyres - I was told definitely "yes".
After quick fitting of the tyres, re the dust cover my son was told "we don't do those you need to go to a real garage". Called back and after some chat was told those are VW specific parts and you don't stock them- which is rubbish.
Had to find a "real garage" to do a simple job - more time and expense.... :-(

Had appointment at 9.30 car not started until 10.50 no apologies for the delay or any urgency to rectify problem.Have used several times before but don’t think I will again.

Great price, and good service in the Crawley centre.

I purchased 4 Michelin tyres from Just Tyres and booked a time for fitting in there Crawley tyre fitting centre. I turned up half an hour before my set time and they told me it would take an hour to fit & balance. 4 hours later I was told the tyres had not turned up, come back tomorrow !! I turned up the next day and it took 3 hours to fit as the tyres would not hold any pressure due to storage at Michelin. I then experienced the tyre pressure warning light kept coming on, once again I returned to have the correct pressures put into the tyres. I started back home(25 mile journey each way) only for the warning light to come on again, I phoned the depot and they said it was the tyre sensors. They did not have any and I was to return to the depot the next day t have them fitted, in fact it took 2 days for them to find & fit them. I was refused any compensation for the 3.5 days and over 100 miles in travel. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE JUST TYRES, appalling service !!

Not professional tire fitter and not appropriate equipment for weels allineament track not good job ...

Very disappointed with both the service and the way my complaint was handled. They admitted fitting the wrong tyre to my car—a serious safety issue that should never have happened—but then tried to blame their supplier instead of accepting full responsibility. We endured multiple wasted journeys, lost working time, additional fuel costs, and poor communication, all because of their mistakes. Their solution? A £50 voucher that can only be spent with them again. After such a serious error, I expected them to take proper responsibility and offer fair compensation. Instead, their response has left me with even less confidence in their commitment to customer safety and service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using their services.

Booked appointment to have to rear tyres fitted at Crawley. Arrived at the depot at 17.30 for the slot booked and was asked too bring the car into the fitting bay straight away with no delay. Tyres fitted and back on the road within 15 minutes. All staff very friendly and helpful. Great service and would recommend Just Tyres Crawley to anybody.

They fitted 4 tyres to the car and damaged two of the wheels. Despite photographic evidence, they refuse to accept liability and say it is pothole damage (difficult as I took photos 11 minutes before they got the car and then when I got the car back but before getting in!) And of course, they promised to call but haven't despite me chasing them! Avoid at all costs!

Booked in for 2:00 pm to have four new tyres fitted. At 2:45 pm, my car was still in the car park, and the job was not completed until 4:30 pm.
I was charged extra for a damaged valve, which I believe may have been caused by inexperienced staff. I also noticed that the valve caps were missing and that my alloy wheels had been damaged.
Unfortunately, I have no proof, as I did not take any photos before or after the work was carried out. However, I was not expecting anything like this.
I have used this service many times before and have never had any problems. I would always have given a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing

My appointment was for 4.30pm. I was kept waiting nearly an hour. I had previously telephoned to say that I could not manage to book front wheel tracking online. I was assured that it could be done with the 25% discount when my tyres were fitted. When the tyres were eventually fitted, the manager (Leon King?) said that I would have to book for another day. I have tried to book online. Your system asks for me to purchase more tyres. I asked for the rear tyres to be fitted to the front. Two wheels were off anyway. He refused to waive a £20 charge. Costco do this as standard and are cheaper. One of the reasons I came to you was to get the tracking aligned when the tyres were fitted. His attitude from the moment I arrived was passive aggressive and rude. There was another customer that arrived at 4.15pm that was also really not impressed with his attitude. He was still waiting for the work to be completed when I left an hour and a half later.
