A welcoming crew
I ordered my tyres online with an appointment of my choice. When I arrived I was greeted with a very polite good morning with a very cheerful smile. I took a seat in the waiting room and the work was done quickly and efficiently.

Service a the fitting was superb
Service a the fitting was superb - my online next day fitting was pushed back by a day - I was called which is good but would have preferred the online booking to be accurate initially

Incorrect tyres fitted, poor communication
Somewhat negative experience: booked Continental EcoContact tyres, the exact model clearly marked on the booking. Given same make but different speed and weight specs which cost £40 less. No mention on the day by staff that this was their intention before fitting the tyres, nor to refund me the difference. I had to email customer services myself. They did refund me, however next time better if the staff communicate their intention before fitting the tyres and acknowledge the price difference.
There were positives:
- cheapest available in Crawley area
- £5 off per continental tyre
- fast change of tyres, within 30 mins from appointment time
- free brake check

Excellent Customer Service
Came in for some new tyres and asked about getting wheel balancing done as my car was shaking at high speeds. New tyres + wheel balancing + alignment within 20-30mins and my car now drives like brand new. Very friendly employees would highly recommend!
