Great in all respects but I was confused that I was given, online, a date and time to go there when it wasn't really necessary?
No big deal, but would suggest you call the chosen branch too, as you may be able to get it done quicker than the time given online.
The staff at the Crawley branch were fine. Very helpful.

loose wheel nuts
Very Pleased with the tyres and general politeness of staff but two days after fitting I heard a knocking noise coming from the front of the van on closer inspection I found the near side front left wheel nuts had come loose which had not been torqued up correctly at fitting.
