What a great hassle free, cost effective, personal service from everyone at Just Vehicle Solutions. Jake (MD) and his entire Team sourced me a brilliant car that met my needs, on-time, on-budget with a very personal service that I haven't experienced in vehicle hire or leasing before. A polar opposite of the bigger 'corporate' operators in this space.

I would like to clarify the situation accurately, as the version you have presented is not a fair reflection of events. I have written correspondence that clearly shows I requested a one month extension in advance so that I could continue using the vehicle while I waited for the replacement your team had not yet delivered. This request was refused in writing, and I was informed that the agreement could not be extended. Despite that refusal, I was later told that I was expected to pay for an additional month. This related to a period I had already asked to extend, and that extension was denied. I have full documentation that confirms this. I appreciate that you do not wish to discuss the details publicly. However, to imply that my account is inaccurate, while avoiding the facts, is unfair. I am simply correcting the record based on the evidence I hold.

The situation is straightforward. I was left without a vehicle due to delays on your side. I requested an extension to prevent exactly this outcome. That extension was denied, and I was then instructed to pay for a period I did not agree to and did not cause. Any customer in my position would feel the same way.

I stand by my review and by my experience.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. Having reviewed the situation, there are a few inaccuracies in what’s been said, but we won’t go into detail here.

In over 11 years of trading, we’ve never had anyone continue to use a vehicle for almost a month after their contract ended and expect that period to be free of charge. We always aim to be fair, transparent and easy to deal with, and have built hundreds of positive customer experiences on that approach.

On this occasion, our expectations clearly didn’t align, and we’ve since chosen not to supply further vehicles. We wish Maz Hassan all the best going forward.

Recently hired a Van from JVS Newark and I can honestly say it was an experience not to forget & I mean that in the very best sense. It was the easiest Hire vehicle I’ve ever booked, took about 5 minutes, I got a call from Lee the day before (slight problem with a breakdown but had a solution at hand) on the day Lee had all the checks completed and after a quick tour of the van I was on my way! I want to stress that Lee was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I left there feeling very pleased with the service he provided.
Again when I returned the van the process was simple, again Lee was very friendly, polite and professional and nothing was too much bother.
All in all a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be using them again in the near future.

Excellent friendly and knowledgeable staff. New vehicle hired for a day deposit returned upon return of the vehicle. This is my second time with them I would definitely hire again.

Such a lovely customer experience. As a woman it can be a little bit intimidating entering this kind of environment and I have never felt anything but comfortable and respected. I have hired from here three times now and have had nothing but positive experiences. Highly recommend.

Probably the best experience I've had when dealing with any business. The online booking was very fast and easy. The customer service was excellent and the car they gave me was really nice and was very clean and was reasonably priced. Would absolutely recommend.

My good friend Dean made the booking and set it all up for me.
After a VERY long day/nite of traveling from the west coast USA .... it was a relief to get off the train in Newark and.pick.up my car for my 6 week visit!

Both Anna & Lee were very kind and friendly during the whole rental process.

The car was clean inside & out and was gassed up and ready to go. It never once let me down or gave me any concern the entire 6 weeks!

The team is always willing to help also they do great offers another think is they great when it comes to talk to people they treat their costumers like a part of family. Always happy to hire from them.
