Excellent Service

I visited Just Vehicle Solutions enquiring about a short notice hire of a van .
I was met by Anna and Maisie who were preparing two vehicles , they were both very welcolming and cheerful . Anna led me to the customer reception, very clearly and efficiently explained how they operate and were able to provide me with a 24hour hire that day.
The procedure and vehicle Inspection were quick and professional and transferred immediately to your email account.
The Van was super clean .

Exceptional Service and Support During a Difficult Time

Excellent company

Excellent company for short term hire, not just long term hire. I rent a van from them every weekend although they do have a great range of cars as well. I always get a almost new van in superb condition. I'm greeted by really friendly and helpful staff every time and there's space to leave my car over the weekend in a safe and secure location. They are a first class company and a pleasure to work with.

Great service, highly recommended.

I needed a Luton van at short notice because the arrangements for moving my son to his new home had fallen through. I contacted Just Vehicle Solutions and from the beginning to the end of my 24 hour hire period everything was perfect. Customer service, both on the phone and in person at the reception, was great and if I ever need another hire vehicle this is my 'go to' company. Very competitive price too. Thank you!

Professional, friendly, hassle -free car hire

With an urgent need to visit to my elderly mother 130 miles away, Just Vehicle Solutions came to my aid after another local hire company had let me down at the last minute. Maisie was efficient and friendly - clearly someone not inclined to make the process difficult or slow - and the car was clean, very low mileage and suited my needs exactly. The day rate was also lower than I've seen elsewhere. I wouldn't hesitate to contact this company again if/when I need another hire.

Amazing customer service

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Jeff at Just Vehicle Solutions as we were due to have a courtesy car delivered through our Direct Line insurance. Poor Jeff kept getting mucked about for want of a better word by Auxillis who DL and it seems other insurers also now use to organise courtesy cars. Unfortunately, Auxillis went elsewhere in the end but I felt I needed to leave a review as to how fantastic Jeff and his team are, they kept us in the loop the whole time, nothing was too much trouble and helped me chase Auxillis for answers as to what was happening and when. I will definitely be keeping their number to hand for my own personal use but also to recommend to fellow Lincs Chamber members when hire cars are needed.

Very happy 2nd time customer

2nd time we've had a short term rental: 2 weeks and 10 days) and delighted by the service from Maisie at Just Vehicle Solutions.
Very pleasant and accomodating, fast, efficient turn around, perfect, modern, low mileage vehicles to suit our needs and simply a pleasure to do business with.
Now our immediate local 'go to' and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Support local .... use this company!!

Great Service 👍

Fantastic company and very friendly staff, so easy to deal with.
Collected a van and they dropped one off for me the next day, no issues what so ever and the van specs are great.

I spoke to a human !!!

When trying to book a hire car I wanted to speak to a human rather than a website bot - which ruled the larger national brands. Fortunately when I rang Just Vehicle Solutions my call was answered quickly, professionally and helpfully. Car was squeaky clean and in almost new condition with home delivery and collection an option. Easy.

Very Very helpful

Very Very helpful, listened, asked the right questions and were very transparent. From the first call to the van being delivered, as a last minute request, nothing was too much trouble. We hope that this will be just the beginning of a long relationship for our new business as we grow.

They’re always at the end of the phone searching for deals to keep up with our rising demand in vans, not just any vans either. Top quality vans.

Never once let me down !!

Just Vehicle solutions have been providing me with vehicles for very nearly 8 years, so long that I cant actually remember how I found them !
Over those years I can honestly say that they have really looked after me as a customer, right from the start.
They sourced me a transit van, at the beginning and as business grew provided a couple more.
The Flexibility of the service they provide meant that when I didn't need all the vans they were able change vehicles and even take back when my requirements changed.
I can honestly say that my experience in dealing with all the staff has been been great, obviously after 8 years you get to know the guys but they have always been the same from the start.
Through my business I will often get Vehicle leasing company's wanting to supply us and offer great deals !!
I have stayed with This firm for all these years for many different reasons, but mainly because in all that time I have constantly had multiple vehicles and they have never once let me down, and for me that is got to be the benchmark for custom confidence.

What a pleasure ......!!!

What a pleasure it is to find a local company willing to go the extra mile to find me the car I needed for work, when the national company I had been with for 2.5 years could not.
All I was looking for was a medium sized, hybrid car on a long term hire - nothing more, I didn't realise they would be so hard to come by for a National company, so unfortunately I had to look elsewhere - that's when I found JVS - from the prompt response to my initial enquiry regarding availability and price, the team have been a pleasure to deal with - not only did they have a wide range of hybrid vehicles available, I was even asked if I wanted to choose a particular colour!
The whole process has been a smooth, quick transition from end to end, my only failing has been not writing this sooner - too busy out and about in my new car!!
Thank you JVS - a true team of professionals - especially the very cute '4-legged PAWformance Manager' Ovie!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! DO NOT USE!!!

I am disappointed with the service on how I have been treated with yourself from checking your company out on Facebook and having a look and having a smooth and pleasant process with the application I was pleased. Then reading your reviews online which also made it better as many leasing companies have negative reviews.

Placing an order and choosing the right car for myself for a short term period and Rob being very helpful with everything I was going to purchase a policy on Saturday morning and collect between 9/9:30am as agreed. I know I did say Saturday morning to collect but I can only sincerely apologise on behalf of this. I did say I would collect on Saturday but had a family bereavement which therefore I couldn’t attend.

Furthermore yesterday I set off to make it in time for 5pm and was told earlier on the afternoon by Rob via telephone call at 13:12pm on 24th July that I could collect before 6pm if I paid now as someone would wait behind.

The sat nav stated we would be there for 17:35pm which we did say we could be an extra additional charge for the inconvenience caused bearing in mind we was travelling from a far distance.

I also mentioned to Rob if I could pay part cash as I had £1200 in my account and the rest to be paid in cash as I was having trouble with my online banking and was travelling to you. Rob did agree to this also which we didn’t see any problem.

The insurance policy I purchased yesterday for the vehicle which was also ready as well.

I have not been treated and valued as how a customer should be and I will definitely be leaving my true honest review alongside with all the evidence I have all online as I do see you don’t have any negative reviews which no customer has ever faced or had this problem before but myself.

There is hundreds of leasing companies out there but the fact I travelled nearly 2 hours to reach to you guys to be then after told adamantly that 5pm you close and ringing at your office was told by a lady in an aggressive tone that we can’t do anything after 5pm.

I do understand from your point of view that you don’t want to proceed because of not being able to collect on Saturday which was very unfortunate but the fact I was travelling yesterday and I am pregnant as well made me very anxious.

I will be taking this up with trading standards too as I signed an agreement also as well for the short term hire.

I will be leaving a review on trustpilot as well as my partner and friends will also be leaving a review for how I have treated and they knew the upset and trauma this caused me yesterday.

I will not give up on this occasion until I have made a clear statement on how a pregnant women has been treated by a ‘local family leasing’ company.

I am highly disappointed and even asking this morning if I could come to collect today and pay the whole amount on card with any additional charges I was told that you don’t want to proceed. I had every supporting document which you guys asked for and emailed over and gave you everything you needed to know.

Also being told the vehicle is getting allocated to someone else who is interested and wanting to collect immediately which seemed quite out of order when I signed an agreement how could this possibly work… and I stated earlier Monday morning from 10:30am that I’ll be there by end of the day it is 3 hours travelling for myself which being pregnant isn’t easy and having to get transport from my partner who also had to take the afternoon off work for this reason as well. I am hugely disappointed words can not describe how a company can do this to a paying customer.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience with Just Vehicle Solutions. Please also accept our condolences for your family bereavement.

We wanted to look into the issue thoroughly before responding.

You originally applied for a lease vehicle via our website on Thursday 20th July, and had agreed on a vehicle with Rob by Friday 21st of July.

You stated that you would not be able to collect the vehicle during our normal office hours during that week (Monday – Friday / 8.30 am – 5pm), and asked if you could collect the vehicle from us on the morning of Saturday 22nd of July. We agreed for you to collect the vehicle outside of our working hours, and a member of staff came into the office on Saturday 22nd from 9am to 9.30am, but you failed to collect the vehicle or let us know that you were no longer able to attend. We also attempted contact on this day.

We usually ask customers to show proof that the vehicle is insured when collecting a vehicle, but because we agreed collection outside of our working hours, we asked that a copy of your insurance certificate showing that the vehicle is insured is sent to us on Friday 21st, before we release the vehicle on Saturday 22nd, which had not be done.

When we spoke to you on Monday 24th of July to see if you still wanted the vehicle, you stated that you did, but had found it difficult to get down to us on Saturday 21st. We said we could hold the vehicle for you for the rest of the week, if payment was made that day. You stated that you would not be able to get to the office until 5:30 - 6pm on Monday and asked if you could collect the vehicle at this time. We agreed for you to collect the vehicle after 5pm on Monday 24th as a member of staff would wait for you, as long as payment was made to us and proof of insurance was sent to us, and the lease contract had been signed, all by 3pm. We also stated that we would accept part cash / part card payment as you were having trouble transferring funds.

However, we never received any payment, or proof of insurance nor was the contract signed by 3pm, so we said that we would not be able to wait until after 5pm for you on Monday 24th as none of the agreed conditions had been met. As a result, we made the decision to cancel the order as we felt we were unable to accommodate you. We told you that our Managing Director would be in touch the following day to discuss (Tuesday 25th), which he did.

At this point, we had qualified you as a customer following your application, and had agreed on a vehicle, had agreed a time to collect the vehicle outside of office hours on 2 occasions, had agreed to take a cash payment (which we don’t usually do), but no payment was made and no contract or agreement had been signed by you, and we had no proof that the vehicle had been insured by you.

We take customer service, experience, and satisfaction very seriously, and we feel that we made every effort to meet your needs regarding vehicle collection and payment, but you were unable to meet any of the criteria set by us on this occasion.
