Great Company.

From many issues with a national branded rent-a-car company, I discovered Just Vehicle Solutions local to me. From the moment I arrived Anna looked after me with awesome customer service. The car was spotless, new and I was demonstrated everything before I drove off!

I had to take the car for an additional day and this wasn't a problem.

On arriving back after my rental the hand over was efficient . If I could give 6 stars I would!

This will become my frequent company for hiring vehicles. GOOD JOB!

All the staff are really helpful and pleasant. The vehicles they have are very new and spotless.

Last minute booking after being let down by one of the larger concerns. Great telephone conversation, clear directions, van ready for us and nicely cleaned. Easy paperwork (virtual). Everything about this experience was positive. From start to finish we have nothing but praise for "Anna" at Newark who looked after us.

Needed a luton-size van to help the kids move home. A quick phone call to JVS resulted in me hiring a van that looked brand new. After a quick demo from Anna on how to operate the tail lift we were away in no time. Completely hassle-free from start to finish - have no hesitation whatsoever recommending these guys.

Needed a Luton van to go up to Scotland phoned up was sorted out very quickly van was excellent no issues will use again

JVS were really easy to deal with and were able to hire me a van at extremely short notice. This saved our family holiday due to our own vehicle breaking down at the last moment! The collection and return process was smooth and friendly. I can thoroughly recommend Just Vehicle Solutions!
