I have not long moved to the midlands from East Sussex , did not know of any solicitors, I was recommend to just wills by a neighbour, he said Jane comes out to your house, she made it very easy for me, I have recommended her to my cousin who was after a solicitor.

Excellent review. The reviewer was understanding of my requirements, professional in her approach, timely in her output and generally very helpful.

1. I choose not to share my details with you, I have that right and my dealings are with the Ombudsman going forward. You were given the opportunity to offer me assistance and guidance.
2. In relation to my reviews on Trustpilot, apart from your review I have submitted 4 reviews, two are positive and complimentary, two were not, due to bad service. The whole purpose of Trustpilot is to recommend or to not recommend services to potential customers. Therefore, this does not qualify as a "history" of leaving poor reviews.
An unfortunate attempt to discredit my review, which leaves a bad taste from a company offering a service to the public.

Everything was fully explained to us both. All of our questions were answered. Your representative Natalie was excellent, she was polite and put us both at ease, when discussing all aspects of our will.

I have meaning to do a new Will for years, Andy from Just Wills was recommended to me.
I found the whole procedure quick, easy and most of all inexpensive

My wife and I had mirror wills.
When she passed away at the age of 84 on May 30th 2022 I decided, 2 months later, that I , aged 86, should write a new simple will
while the process of probate on her will wound its weary way.
I obtained a quote of £400 from a solicitor which I thought was exorbitant for a will that simply left the proceeds of my estate to be shared equally between my son and 2 daughters on my death, so in early August I asked one of my daughters to contact Just Wills & Legal Services for a quote which when received was half of that figure.
Needless to say I accepted and was promptly informed that I would be contacted by an advisor named Martin who would make an appointment to visit me at home to discuss the contents of my will and this was arranged for August 9th at 10.30 am.
On arrival, after the usual pleasantries, I was able to show Martin a copy of my will from 1979 some of the contents of which were not relevant to my new one.
Martin made notes of all my comments and new addresses for those mentioned in my will and my wish that my son and the elder of my 2 daughters be named as Executors.
Sure enough I promptly
received my new will by registered post together with a form to be filled in by 2 witnesses to my signature and an envelope bearing the address to which it should all be returned.
On Monday 19/08/2022 a letter arrived containing 3 notices of secure storage for my will.
All achieved within 3 weeks !
