We used Jane V several years ago to help us with writing our first Will. Because of the exelant way that Jane dealt with that my wife and I felt that it would be a good idea to ask her to help us with the latest one.
She has done a great job. Nothing too much trouble, well done.

The solicitor we used explained everything fully and clearly. She was very prompt in responding and the whole process was quick and easy but thorough.

Andrew Green was very professional but also very approachable and clear. He took his time and made the experience feel personal and tailored to our needs

Much to our surprise today when my husband requested his Will be returned or destroyed by Just Wills as he has just made a new one elsewhere. The girl requested that he identified himself by sending photocopies of various items which we quite understood, but we didn't understand when she requested £36.00 for the privilege of destroying or getting his own property back. Even sending the will back by registered post would not have cost that.

Richard Green , Herefordshire, has been a great help to us in getting our wills and other documents in place. He has had a lot of patience explaining things to us and going over things until we were sure of our needs . Would certainly recommend him .

Having been fleeced by solicitors in the past I chose Just Wills. There is a no nonsense approach, everything is up front and transparent. Their representative Natalie Clarke came to the house and explained everything without going into legal jargon. As with many people we have been putting off doing what is really an important job and now that it is done we feel a certain peace of mind. With the exception of the yearly subscription it is also reassuring to know that amendments can be made in the future without having to incur further costs.

We had Just wills and legal services to do our wills and LPA's , Richard Green was fantastic, very knowledgeable and explained everything, we live in Hereford as does Richard so it was handy having somebody local to us to sort out the documents, I would recommend Richard to anyone.

My wife and I had our wills reviewed and then renewed by Richard Green based in Hereford. He was superb. Richard came to our house and made everything so easy. We didn't appreciate how out of date our wills had become. He was very professional and

Yulia came to my home to take our Wills / Trust. She was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of our questions and explain in layperson’s terms any complicated aspects of the Wills and Trust. It will help a great deal if you write down and pass to Yulia the FULL details of any beneficiaries, wishes etc. This saves time and makes it much easier for all concerned.
