The Juul Virginia Tabacco has been helpful during my journey of giving up smoking.

Battery doesn't last very long.
Flavours are ok, but when you put it down and go to use it again, you get a mouthful of the nicsalt or whatever you use. Not a nice experience at all.

Absolutely terrible service from JUUL. I paid extra for next-day delivery, and not only did they fail to deliver on time, but they also completely ignored my request for a refund on the delivery charge. After multiple emails, they acknowledged the delay was their fault but still refused to refund the fee for a service they did not provide.

It’s unacceptable to charge customers for something you can’t fulfil and then ignore refund requests. If you’re thinking of paying for next-day delivery, don’t bother—you might not get your order on time, and they won’t take responsibility. Avoid this company if you expect basic customer service and accountability.

i found the last pod didnt last more than an hour when it usually lasts the best part of a day this has happened a couple of times with summer menthol my favourite .sort it out as it can be very costly and i cant always get them freely.

Vaping juul 2 for two weeks now. It is burning my tongue badly. My tongue is burned and sore now, unfortunately will have to switch back to cigarettes.

Flavours are good and not too sweet. The device is practical and charges quickly. Overall a satisfying experience. Would appreciate new flavours and lighter nicotine strengths to be on offer.

Smoked for 55 years this product definitely help me give up . I tried other vapes which made me cough. Juul never made me cough . Love how you can choose different flavours..l would definitely recommend.

I bought the Juul2 for my parents to help with quitting, they love it! It has a nice sleek design and isn’t as sweet as disposable I would definitely recommend my parents love it, it would be much better if they have a variety of flavours

I’ve been wanting to stop smoking for a long time but didn’t want to use those garbage vapes options out there - was really pleasantly surprised to hear JUUL dosent use sugar so no bloating and also find the design really sleek. It’s good that’s it’s reusable in comparison to other options. Really happy with product and hopes it continues to help me on my quitting smoking journey👍

Stopped by the JUUL store today and was really impressed with the quality of their devices. They last way longer than other disposables I’ve used. I’d recommend it, but I wish they had more fruity flavours to choose from.
