If I could give less I would - I purchased 3 of the bags for my daughters after watching a well known female personality who I am not allowed to name as the company complained about my first review - but in a video made by K P she raves about how much you get and the high quality -it’s an absolute scam -DO NOT BUY ANYTHING - I received 2 pairs of striped leggings - 2 striped tops & 1 bobble hat - this was £50 including delivery - the clothing has no labels or the labels have been cut out and just a small amount left - no tags and they smell like diesel ? Revolting material - the poorest of quality - tried contacting them but they ignore you - AVOID - also tried leaving feedback on her personal Instagram page but again that was declined - she won’t care as she still gets paid - the company in question didn’t care that they have a complaint against them they just complained about me actually outing this female as it goes against guidelines !!!!!

Awful. Ordered a yellow tracksuit, and it never turned up. Thankfully paypal refunded me, as I got no response from the company.

Quality is 💩 they send you out reject clothes this should be stated but they sell you a lucky dip bag making out you will get something decent!

Cheap thin trousers came and all stitching is loose threads hanging everywhere.

Just been on Facebook and lots of people saying they are not getting orders or quality is rubbish and people not getting their money back. I’ve sent this company a email and I will wait a while and if I don’t hear nothing back I will do a charge back as these items are faulty

No return label and want me to print a return label,

I have no printer and why they don’t send return labels and expect everyone to own a printer! Most company’s supply a return note.

HAHA 😂 THIS COMPANY HAS JUST TRIED TO GET THIS REVIEW REMOVED, saying I have left personal info in my review. More like they are trying there best to remove the negative comments about the rubbish they sell. Well my review is 💯 honest!! They sell rubbish tacky items! Trust pilot have confirmed there is no personal info and my review stays put! To say anyone else falling for this trap to buy, on who promotes it!

I wasn’t happy with my purchase as I got a horrible pair of pants, and I only got one item for a tenner but the company said you pay different prices for different amounts of stuff, anyway getting a refund, I won’t be buying again

Seeing this advertising with Katie price opening mystery bags I was intrigued because the bags looked good.i ordered 2 .1 has come.waiting on the other that was ordered at the same time.. Its a winter bobble hat and a pair trousers my 80yr mother wouldn't even wear. It's a complete con. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. ITS A COMPLETE CON. YPU MIST DEFINITELY DO NOT GET WHAT KATIE PRICE IS PULLING OUT OF HER BAG! THIS COMPANY NEEDA SHUTTING DOWN. RUBBISH ITEMS THAT ARE VEEY CHEAP. I WISH I'D SEARCHED THEN ON HERE BEFORE ORDERING. Ordered one month ago
Tracking number showing but no delivery emailed now 7 times no response
I feel so upset these items were for a holiday so basically the company have just took my money and done nothing

I ordered the £10 mystery bag, said they did worldwide shipping. Took my money, sent an email confirming order, but no tracking number provided. I’ve sent 3x emails just an auto reply saying they would respond in 1/2 days… still no reply to any of my emails including asking for a refund as fed up waiting… also have a cheek to say I’ve left something in my bag!!… so they’ve taken my money, and provided nothing, that’s stealing in my book

I’ve emailed twice regarding Order 148492 (placed 26 Dec 2024) which remains unfulfilled and I’ve had no response.

Poor services don't order off these con people they will take your money and not send your items ordered two lucky bags which should of had three items in each received one bag one item emailed no reply how convenient but I will get my money back trust me

Did you really just make me wait 12 days with no tracking updates to receive a pair of cheap old trousers that look like my elderly relatives curtains?! £15 for the privilege too, you sure did me dirty there. Avoid the lucky bags people, even if a certain celebrity advocates for them! Also tried to get me to change my review TWICE so that's another star down.

Thought it was at least 3 items. Received one pair of absolutely cheap disgusting trousers. Not even worth going in the charity.
I know now never to order anything from this company as the quality was shocking Do not bother ordering

Waited ages for parcel … once received item was poor quality & horrendous fashion sense ! Who picks these items the blind!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Customer service absolutely shocking. I ordered tummy tuck leggings on November 3rd 2025. I got auto response to all my email n messages, I lost count how many i sent there was so many. I was gutted as I've ordered 4 or 5 times before and had no problems. I eventually got a reply on Instagram. I received my order on 19th February. I love the tummy tuck leggings they are the best I've had.

Would rate 0 if I could.

Bought the lucky bag - one item received which is only fit for the bin now as can be returned. A pair of pink wide leg, thin trousers. Can’t return - just one big scam!

Dreadful company !
I placed an order Nov 2025 for a Mocha jumper dress and 1 other item. JYY decided they would send me a black jumper dress instead ! No message to ask if that was ok. I contacted to say I didn't want the black dress and would like a refund .
The dress was sent back and I am still waiting for a refund. I am contacting trading standards , this shouldn't be allowed to happen.
I have messaged JYY numerous times by email and on Instagram but have had no reply at all

*The jumper dress was returned and received by JYY , so not sure why they are saying keep the dress !
Its taken since Dec 21st to get a reply ! Clearly the bad review did the trick

I ordered the 3 item lucky bag. After two attempts to track my order and subsequent unanswered emails to JYY. It finally arrived. When I opened the parcel there was only one item inside instead of 3. A hideous pair of badly made pleated bright green trousers that are miles too big, far too long and have a grease mark stain on the left leg. I have tried to contact JYY but have not been able to. Their automated email reply is all about late deliveries and the fact that you are unable to get a refund or even return items. They have not responded in regard to my complete dissatisfaction of the stained item and missing further items due to me. I guess I will have to put it down to “ lessons learned “ and never, ever buy from this scam of a so called company again. I only wished I’d read these Trustpilot reviews prior to ordering. I would have saved myself money and frustration. I have no idea what to do with the bad quality , stained so called trousers I received. I wouldn’t even put them in my dogs bed. I guess the only place for them now is the rubbish bin. Please really consider any engagement with this company. I would never buy from them again.

Place In order on the 7th of February no sign of the item and the courier keeps saying they’re expecting it but it’s not been received by them. Emailed the company I’ve had no response whatsoever and will be asking my bank to refund the money. Avoid at all costs. The reviews are terrible.
