Whilst the bite pad was well made, the rest of the product was of substantially poor quality. The pole was made from a very cheap fishing pole that came apart almost immediately; the metal line eye at the end fell off before my dog even got hold of it. Not impressed with the product at all, do not purchase for anything bigger than a teacup chihuahua.

I love this shop because have the best quality items for dogs I previously buyed e collar educator the boss for great price and now I buyed prong collar herm sprenger 3,2 it's great and price it's ok I only use this shop and of course good quality products it's not cheap but prices it'd better like a different shops but I know it's definitely not a fake and shop it's legit with genuine items

I wanted an IQ vest and thought I had measured everything correctly- the vest came very quickly but I immediately realised I needed a different size. I contacted them straight away and arranged to return the item. I re ordered the size I needed and a refund was processed. Just waiting for it to go through now and some better weather to wear my vest 😊

Unbelievably prompt delivery of items ordered... Which was the herm sprenger quick release buckle... Certainly did not expect it to arrive the day after it was ordered. Very impressed.. Will definitely consider ordering from them again
