Fast delivery, good quality item

My order arrived quickly and I'd definitely recommend k9 store.

I orderd my iq dog vest and magnet ball and the quality is second to none the vest has helped me to heal dave a belgium mal he loves the ball and cant get enough the magnet ball and the under arm where ball goes game changer the only thing i would say is you nedd a phone number so can order ovr phone rather than just on line the seller was helpfull 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ off me best thing i bought my dog well worth the money 👍👍👍👍👍🤑

Their delivery charge is just too expensive. I ordered a gilet, and the Royal Mail label showed £5.35 (48h tracked), while the shop charged me £9.45 for Standard Delivery. This is mentioned when placing an order, but it’s not very clear, considering the item is shipped from the UK, and they didn’t actually pay that amount for shipping to me.

Additionally, because the gilet didn’t fit me, I considered exchanging it for a bigger size. However, I would need to pay the return shipping cost £3.39 (48 h tracked) , and then they asked me to place a new order, which would incur another £9.45 delivery charge.

I will simply choose a different online shop where the shipping cost from the UK matches the actual shipping fee.

Customer service is not very helpfull and responsive as I need to reach them twice. Once through their website (return request ) another time I chose email as they didn’t reply.

I gave my dog the toy I’d bought which was nearly £30 and she broke it in literally 90 seconds. Surely it should be more durable? I have asked K9 for a replacement or refund but they said they need to look into it and speak to the manufacturer and I haven’t heard back. They also said that in the photo I sent, the toy looks chewed. I’m not sure why they don’t expect a dog to chew a toy and actually I’ve got dog toys from primark that cost a tenth of the price and are still going strong months later despite being chewed daily. I might as well have thrown the money in the bin!
