Service good, but postage charges were more than it cost to send, packaging was a bin liner, which was ok, but item came up small compared to measurements on there site. Had to return and pay for postage again.

Great product - we had a trainer to teach the dog (& us) how to use it effectively.
I now look forward to dog walks, barely need to use the control now but good to know it’s there if required.

Helpful and friendly
First of all, the jacket I bought is fantastic and fits perfectly. The description and size guide was great. I contacted them as my size wasn't in stock, but they quickly responded and offered to add one to the next order, which they did and contacted me again when it arrived. I appreciate this sounds normal, but the experience felt personal and friendly. I would use them again and recommend to others.
