Sadly can’t give a zero. App is not well made. Customer service is horrible. First off you do not receive a workout plan. It is all app based, which has its benefits but if you are a gym goer I think a lot of people would enjoy having a plan laid out in excel or something comparable as well. Second when asked to get the plan written out as well they act like they have no idea what you are talking about. I would ask to get the plan and they would respond with something totally unrelated then say you are doing great and give me kudos. Lastly, my account for no reason was deactivated while I was in the middle of the workout plan and haven’t been able to log back in. I tried reaching out over a week ago and no one has responded. I can’t stress enough. Find another company to use!!! It will be a lot simpler.

Kahunas is literally the best app solution for fitness coaches and personal trainers on the market. I'm using it for almost 1 year now and my clients love it. It's an all-in-one solution including checkins, nutriton plans, training plans, workout videos, progress tracking, coach-client interaction and so much more. It makes the life of me as a coach so much easier and the feeling for the athletes way more professional.
As well the Kahunas customer support is amazing. They help with any problem you have regarding the app. Even the whole setup and renewal of apple distribution certificates or app setups in the app stores.
I can only recommend this amazing app!

This app is easy and friendly to use if you are new to online coaching/training. It's continually revolving and getting better and better. I was able to easily get it all set up and rolling pretty quickly after I got my business started and EIN. The customer service provided by Feras is top knotch. Love working with the team that created this app. They listen to what you need and get back to you in a timely manner.

Shear from the support team answered very quickly after I messaged the support and was really friendly while trying to help me with the issue at hand. I am very happy with the support I received.

I have recently signed up for Kahunas subscription to create my fitness app, and I'm loving it so far! Their personnel has been very professional and helpful, and the onboarding process went smoothly. I see every possible option a fitness coach and client would need in their app, super excited to start the journey. Also, Shear deserves special recognition for her invaluable assistance in configuring the iOS application. The process went smoothly because of her prompt responses and proactive attitude. She constantly went above and beyond to help me, and every problem I encountered was handled effectively. Kahunas is unquestionably worth taking into consideration if you're searching for a dependable platform for developing fitness apps with excellent support!

I had the pleasure of receiving support from Pam at Kahuna, and she was absolutely fantastic. She patiently helped me resolve a few issues I was having on the platform and explained everything so clearly. Tech isn't my strong suit, but Pam made it all so manageable. The whole thing is great! Very functional, constantly improving and updating, always listening to customers - the team are also fantastic! Lateefat and Shear are always quick with responses and help sort any queries out. couldn't recommend enough!

Feras has been amazing at communicating and getting the wearables feature implemented, for my clients.

It didn't go without delays and hiccups due to update times and maintenance going on to make the feature available but he communicated everything, offering so much help to get this updated.

Not only is this app the best app on the market truly, but their customer service is out of this world. So many apps out there will just rebrand their app for you, but Kahunas goes through an entire process of building out an app for you on the app store as part of their membership package.
They get back to you quickly, host meetings with regular users to gain feedback, give out a calendar with updates for the future.. I can't recommend them enough. There are no outages that aren't immediately followed up with tons of communication.

Rebecca was so helpful and knowledgeable, she answered all of my questions and more! Rebecca also gave me fantastic advice and tips on how to use the platform efficiently plus how to tailor it to my work. Rebecca is clearly an expert who is using Kahunus herself as a coach rather than just someone trained in how to follow a flow chart of FACs. I’m so impressed with her service, she is bubbly and friendly as well as highly informed.
