I have bought over 30 items from Kaiia The Label and I am OBSESSED!! The sizes are nice and oversized and I’ve finally found a tracksuit that’s long enough, being a 5”10 woman! I get excited for each new launch, my bank account doesn’t though! Lol

Faulty tracksuit, refused to replace
I was really excited to buy a tracksuit from these guys, I ordered next day delivery which didn’t even turn up on time 2 days late. Then I wear the tracksuit for under 2 hours and both zips broke on the hoodie. I reported this to customer service and all they could offer was 30% off my purchase which I think is awful. Really annoying as the tracksuit is nice but the quality isn’t. It would be ok but not even to send out a replacement for their mistake is not on.

Regarding the 30% discount we offered, I understand that this may not feel sufficient given the circumstances. Unfortunately, we do not offer replacements for items. Our standard procedure requires that the faulty item be returned for a full refund. We will, of course, cover the return postage cost. After the return is processed, you are welcome to place a new order for the item you require, utilizing the 30% discount.

I’ve built up quite a collection from Kaiia The Label now (10 hoodies and 6 tracksuits 😅) and honestly I love every single piece. The quality is consistently amazing — super soft, thick material that actually holds its shape after washing, which is rare, and everything fits really well, especially the hoodies that are perfectly oversized without looking sloppy. The tracksuits are probably my favourite though because they’re so comfortable but still look really put together, so I can wear them out and not feel underdressed, and I always get compliments when I have them on. The colours and styles are always on trend but still feel timeless, so nothing feels like a one-season purchase. If you’re thinking about ordering, I’d definitely recommend — it’s become one of my go-to brands 🤍

I literally live in these hoodies and joggers! the sizes can be a little bit confusing as a uk18 might be very big for me in some styles and a little bit smaller in others, but never too small! So comfortable and they wash so well :)
