I really enjoy my visits to Kaizen Medical. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and I don’t ever feel in any way judged. I have personally received treatments from Emma, Charlotte and Lucy and would rate each of them very highly and recommend them to anyone. They care about ensuring you are happy with the results of your treatment.

I have had several Hydra facials at Kaizen all of which have been great experiences. The level of service is exceptional. The therapists are professional and friendly and are all passionate about their work. I would highly recommend Kaizen.
My skin has significantly improved in its texture and appearance. I look healthier and it feels great!

This was my first visit to Kaizen. I was booked for a Hydra Facial. every step of the procedure was very well explained in great detail which I appreciated. It was a very relaxing experience and didn't feel rushed in anyway, we therefore had time to further discussed my skin concerns and are in the process of planning and costing a treatment programme. My skin felt lovely afterwards. I am looking forward to my future visits

I contacted the clinic because of a mole that had changed. Easy to book and good communication. Lovely staff, who put me at ease.
Good to have it checked and out and not have to go on a waiting list to be seen.

After a slight wait I was seen by the consultant who instantly told me what the problem was and what my options were. This is in complete contrast to my local GP who I managed to see after a 6 week wait who then just took a photo and sent off to the local hospital.

I had treatment from Dr Victoria Wright for the first time. Very professional and knowledgeable.

In my appointment I learnt all about chemical peels and then had a relaxing and effective hydrafacial. It felt good to give my skin this treatment and make sure it was super squeaky clean. Thanks so much!

Lovely interior and very comfortable waiting area.
Dr was engaged in discussions and made not only a sensible plan for way forward but listened carefully and was empathetic.

Following the closure of the SKN clinics, I researched many other clinics hoping to find one that I trusted as much. I came across Kaizen in Warsash and after looking over their great reviews, I decided to call up to book a consultation. I can honestly say from the get go that the girls working in this clinic are second to none. Nothing has been too much to ask and they have all been beyond welcoming and kind. It certainly makes all the difference when deciding if you would like to return to the clinic. Every single staff member has been amazing but I would like to pin point Charlotte who has been doing my treatment. From the moment I stepped in, Charlotte was super friendly, she listened to exactly what my skin problem was and what It was that I wanted to achieve results wise. Charlotte decided on a course of treatment and even added an extra treatment in as part of a gift. She is super knowledgable and she has gone above and beyond in making me feel welcome in the clinic. She is definitely a credit to Kaizen. Thank you to all that work at Kaizen!!

Danika always goes through the treatment before hand so I always know what is going to happen. She is so thorough and my skin looks amazing after my hydra facial.

Saw Doctor Ashton for a skin condition that was unbearable. I don’t have insurance so this was a massive expense for me. Best decision though. He was thorough, informative and gave me solutions and some hope. Would 100% recommend.

Attended clinic to see Dr Ashton. I suffer from Health anxiety and had a mole looked at, Dr Ashton and his assistant nurse were extremely good with me and the state I was in over the mole. I have seen Dr Ashton in the past and he is honestly the best. The clinic is lovely and staff all really welcoming.

I’ve been going to Emma for my Botox for the past year now, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. What sets her apart is that she doesn’t just do the typical three standard areas like most practitioners. Instead, she takes the time to assess my whole face carefully, and treats exactly where it’s needed to achieve the best, most natural result. Every treatment feels completely tailored to me, and that’s why I keep coming back. Her attention to detail and genuine care make all the difference.

Charlotte just makes you so at ease straight away, having intimate laser hair removal can be very daunting but with her professionalism & friendly nature it was straightforward.
