What can I say, I was seen straight away by Dr Ashton, then diagnosed and treated with complete professionalism and care throughout, and it took no time at all to remove an annoying "blob" on my lip that was a major nuisance and also a slight concern.

A really nice environment with friendly staff.

I would definitely recommend Kaizen to anyone.

Had a lovely visit yesterday for a Hydrafacial and some regular 'tweakments'. Danika always makes me feel so welcome and relaxed, no matter what treatments I'm having! I had a first visit with Dr Victoria for antiwrinkle treatment, who was highly knowledgeable and friendly. I also love the refurb- it has a very calming feel about the whole clinic!

Dr Victoria was amazing. She made me feel very relaxed and at ease and provided reassurance when I was feeling anxious.

My second visit to Kaizen for removal of another lesion by Dr Ashton. Again a good experience all round from reception to surgery. Made to feel at ease by nurse Karen and good feedback from Dr Ashton.

And talked me through everything and his colleague was very helpful and the receptionist were really nice and very friendly. I've been going to Kaizen and I've had a range of treatments. I've never been confident in my own skin in my life. I went in and discussed where I wasn't feeling great about, and they gave me all the advice and support I could ask for. - They have changed my life, and I cannot thank them enough.

I attended the clinic on Tuesday 25th March. I had some moles and cysts removed from my face. Dr Richard Ashton was very gentle and courteous, he explained everything in detail and made sure I was at ease with the procedure. I had over 14 removed, he even did the really little lumps. I don’t know why I waited so long to have this done. They are still healing but I’m so happy! Thank you this has already given me more confidence in my appearance.

Danika has completed my treatment and both she and the hair removal have been brilliant.
I wish I had done it years ago - such a gamechanger!! No more stubbly legs or shaving, and the softest, smoothest skin imaginable. I love it!

I visited the Kaizen clinic at Warsash today for removal of a large milia cyst near my eye with Dr Richard Ashton, whom I knew from his work at RNH Haslar as a Consultant Dermatologist. Everything was very professional at reception and the staff very pleasant. I was greeted by Dr Ashton and taken into a consulting room where it was explained fully what I had and how it could be easily removed. Although it was a bit uncomfortable, it was well worth having it removed. Thank you all at the clinic.

I am in my mid 50s and I have been having Botox with Nurse Emma for a few years with a very occasional small amount of strategically placed filler in the cheek area. About 12 months ago she mentioned sculptra- specifically in relation to my hollowing temples, which is a key sign of aging. To be honest I wrote it off initially, mostly from a cost perspective and also because she was clear it wasn’t an immediate difference but a slow build to improvement. She didn’t mention again after I said I thought not, but I started to do more research and worked out that, given it lasted about 2 years, I could budget my usual annual treatments in a different way and potentially invest. I am totally converted and a bit of an advocate.

I have had three vials over a number of months around my temples and jaw. There’s protocol to follow and the results are not fully materialised (they will get better over the coming months) but what has started to happen is amazing. My skin quality and luminosity has dramatically improved, I have noticed a fullness developing in the areas treated and a softening of profile/increase in volume. It’s remarkable.

Emma is brilliant and very skilled, she’s not at all pushy and the results have always been natural but if you are wondering about Sculptra it is 100% worth it. You need patience, there’s not the immediate gratification of say filler but over a short time the results are just better and longer lasting!!

This morning I visited Kaizen Clinic for an appointment with Dr Richard Ashton. I was feeling very apprehensive about a lesion on my chin. The girls in Reception were kind and welcoming .
Dr Ashton recognised the problem instantly and carried out the necessary surgery with the assistance of his wonderful nurse Karen.
I am so very relieved and very grateful for the skill and professionalism , and above all reassurance from them both .

My visit today to have my back mole removed, ended up with Richard removing 9, I was a little worried about attending this appointment, but as soon as I entered the building and the consultation room I was immediately put at ease, I would thoroughly recommend anyone to attend , it was a first class service .
