Needed fresh pomegranates for a recipe and being it is out of season, could not find them until I found Kalamala. Ordered themand got updates on shipping. Received quickly and they were fresh,big and delicious. Very pleased.

Ben, an employee extremely rude in this little store. They were suppose to send some present from their store to a neighboring State of Arizona, according to their time to deliver, in 2 days, it was supposed to arrive at its destination. It took them ONE WHOLE week. Food was not received for the new year and were not as fresh. When I notified them, NO APOLOGY only rude and hostile reaction, no compensation. Buy from other sellers who are more civilized.

This company works very professional . Their product is great . Customer service is very helpful . I got my order on time the package was very safe . I m glad I found them although it was a long distance shipment .

Ordered Halva from them and the boxes had been scrubbed to erase the expiration dates. So sketchy!

I ordered grape leaves 2x over the past week. The first time, I assume the owner, "Ben" immediately texted me and let me know the product was out, and offered me a replacement - at a higher cost for my original price. Who does that? He ended up cancelling the order swiftly. After a couple of days, I placed an order for grape leaves, based on my criteria (which had informed Ben of), and made a mistake in not seeing an ingredient that I cannot tolerate. Well guess what, Ben noticed my online order (mistake) and texted me and let me know - and offered to cancel the order. Needless to say, the support I have received so far has been way over the top great. I am really happy to have found a great option for my frequent Persian staple needs.
