Ordered and received a pushchair. 1 month in the pushchair began having faults as the handle kept folding down. A week later the whole pushchair collapsed and trapped my daughter’s hand within the metal frame. I struggled to get her out as she was strapped in and her own body weight was what was crushing her hand. Luckily she’s very young and has ‘spongy’ bones so there was no long term damage but she 4 purple fingers and it was very distressing at the time. I could no longer use the pushchair as it was unsafe and it would fold if I pushed gently on the seat with my hand.

I reported this and the company said they would contact the supplier. 1 month no answer so I email again. Wait another month, no answer. Email again and finally get an answer three months later. All this time with no pushchair and a 1 year old.

Eventually they say they can get a replacement but I have to wait another 4 months as there is shipping delays.

This is obviously not an option so they offer me their choice of replacement pushchairs, none of which are suitable.

I ask instead for a refund so I can go and purchase my own replacement and they deny.

Morally just unacceptable.

Avoid like the plague.

I have always loved to have a baby box…

Excellent service on an order placed close to Xmas, the item I ordered was out of stock but an alternative product was sourced very quickly and delivery the next day. Perfect present for my granddaughter and 1st Class customer service!

AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!
Would rate 0 star if it was possible!
I ordered the Bebecar footmuff in soft pink, I have the stylo plus in soft pink and wanted the footmuff to match. The picture on their website showed a pink leatherette, quilted look, footmuff. This is the one I wanted as it’s the correct footmuff for the model I have and it’s important to me that it matches.
Instead I was sent a pink material footmuff with black leatherette, absolutely nothing like the one I ordered. (I later found out that there’s a footmuff sold in soft pink for the wei model, the footmuff I was sold matches that model) After emailing the shop I was told “we have checked with the supplier and can confirm you have received the correct item for your travel system” (they had no idea which pram I had as they hadn’t bothered to ask) and I had 14 days to return unused for a refund.
I emailed back with photos of the picture on their website, the picture of what I ordered shown on my invoice and a photo of the item I had received. I stated that as the item was NOT the one I had ordered that I should not have to pay postage. Their reply was “we can confirm you have received the correct item as ordered”
and that they would not cover the return, that was the last reply I got.
As the item was no use to me and cost me £76, I had no choice but to cover return postage at a cost of £9.45! Disgusting service, complete unwillingness to correct problem at their end with the supplier. I sent photos to show them where things went wrong and explained it clearly so obviously they weren’t interested in even checking if I was right. It’s a shame that customer satisfaction and the sake of a tenner mean more than an angry customer leaving a bad review. I wish I’d known of Trustpilot when it happened, I’d have written this sooner.

Sent something completely different to…

Sent something completely different to what I ordered, have to chase company to get them to agree to return, but won’t accept returns if you’ve opened your parcel basically, only agreed to return as told them I’d be taking it further. Second part of my order was supposed to take 2 weeks- didn’t state this upon ordering and 3 weeks later still hasn’t been sent or a refund issued for the item already returned. Very poor customer service, not interested in dealing with issues

Slow to refund but did in the end

This company was slow to provide me with a refund on a product but after chasing them they did in the end - given that this was a frustrating process I'd give them only 3 stars, but should note that the actual product arrived in good order and their prices were cheaper than competitors for what I purchased.
