Couldn’t be happier, ordered a Spanish dolls pram that was a lot more expensive on other websites and there was an additional 5% off the price, placed the order and it was despatched within hours and delivered two days later. Very good communication - would order again without hesitation.

Shocking Customer Service
I placed my first online order on 05/11 for a tutti bambini malmo cotbed with changer and mattress in the white colour option and was advised the estimated delivery would be 09/11. I emailed your customer service on 14/11 as I had not received my order and today after waiting a further 3 days for your company to response I had to call you. On the call the advisor explained to me the item was out of stock, how can I be able to place an order for an item you have no stock of?? Also if you had no stock why was I not informed? This is not satisfactory or good customer service. I should not have to chase you to supply my order !! Now I have been advised by the same advisor that the oak option which was out of stock on your website is actually in stock and you will dispatch one of these to me. At this point I really am just hoping you are true to your word and my item will arrive by 24th as advised. I would be grateful if someone could email me to explain why the service has been so poor and assure me my order will actually arrive. I am also now due a refund which I also need to be informed about. Please contact me

Ordered a high chair, colour wasn't in stock for 7 weeks! Contacted me to let me know there was an alternative colour, however, it was cheaper on another site. They price matched and refunded me the difference. Highchair with me 2 days later! Excellent service!
