Really friendly and helpful staff. Phoned them with a query regarding whether an item listed on their website was in stock. They said they'd call me back in 5 minutes and did so, and then personally made sure the item was posted same day!

Ordered a branded Bebecar matress for my daughter's pram was charged for the branded item, what was delivered was a generic unbranded matress. After several emails we have received no reply.
So the customer service is about as fake as there goods.
