Avoid at all cost!!!
This company is rubbish. I ordered a booster seat for my daughter which I didn't even use. I opened the box and repacked again as the item looked too small and as if it had been used. I returned the goods at my own cost with 14days. Even sent photos of the booster seat to the company. To be told that I will not be receiving a refund. Instead i was accused of damaging the item.

Parcel not delivered company ignoring emails.
I have placed an order for a car seat on the 28th of February. I was informed that the item will be delivered on the 1st of March. It is now the 16th of March. I have contacted the company multiple times about the parcel not being delivered. All I get is the email that they have sent the item via Parcel Force and the tracking details. I have checked and spoken to Parcel Force, who told me that the parcel was lost and the Kaleidoscope Babycare haven’t even replied to me when I requested refund. It’s so bad, as I have no car seat and no money at this point.

I placed a order and was charged £5.99 for the delivery that was on the 31/01/23 I had a link to rate my experience the day after my payment was made I have never received a reply to emails and messages on Twitter asking where my order is and when will it be sent and I still haven’t heard anything off the company I would stay away if you don’t want to be chasing a refund
