Awful customer service

Poor customer service from kaleidoscope Ignore emails for weeks on end and I received a wardrobe in 3 different parts on separate delivery days I was never told about this nor was I emailed to let Me know.
I opened the box to set up realising not everything was I the box and that I would relieve other parts 3 weeks later.
I email and say I'd like to return as bits were missing (obviously not my fault) they they replied telling me I had to pay £70 for this to be returned to them or they would pay (as I refused) and they would take it out of my refund anyway and they were not paying for it even tho it was there mistake!!! Disgraceful I also may I add had to wait 4 weeks for 1st part to be delivered a further 10 days for part 2 and another week for part 3!! Even tho online it told me it would he delivered with 3-5 working days.

Disgusting spoke to citizens advice and was told they should be paying for it I then rung them back and was told it basically wasn't there problem and to email the online team!!

Shocking!!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Shocking customer services ignore your emails for months
I ordered a doll for my daughter for Christmas over 4 months ago and still not received anything no confirmation on when it will be delivered.

Rung shop numerous times to explain was a christmas present and no sympathy or anything.

Requested for order to he cancelled so I could buy another in time for Christmas and was told I couldn't as they had already made the order with suppliers
But if so why couldn't they tell me a delivery date???

Liars!! Still no doll and no refund!!!!

Also fob you of telling you they will speak to the "online team" and never contact you back

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

Great prices and quick delivery!

Not only was the price for the new car seat the best I could find online, but it was delivered really quickly (ordered Saturday arrive Tuesday morning!)

The website was really customer friendly and had loads of different options for ways to pay, which at this time of year was really helpful!

Loads of choice with car seats (I knew which one I wanted though) but lots of information on there too.

Deceptive advertising

The booster chair I received is very different from the photos and descriptions featured on the website. I don’t think it’s a genuine product. Sent them numerous emails, though they acknowledge it’s different, they ignore my request for a return and refund. Called customer service who said she couldn’t do anything about it and that I had to do it via email. But they don’t reply to my emails. Wish I’d read more reviews before buying from them as this is apparently not new. After a month of trying to resolve the issue directly with them without any success, I’ve reported them to Trading Standards and got my money back via a chargeback claim with my bank.

As you mentioned you have recieved a different product to what you ordered which is strange and we also confimed with the manufacturer the product you have recieved is correct.

We have sold 100's of these and have never had this issue arise.

Customer Service

Ordered a DIDI CAR for 2 of my youngest grandsons. Although we had an issue with it I emailed Kaleidoscope and they forwarded my concern onto the manufacturer. The communication between us all was great and prompt. Issue sorted, replacement received. GREAT customer service. Cannot fault either company. 2 very happy grandsons.

Ordered a pram for a doll order was…

Ordered a pram for a doll order was £64.99 of which I paid
Awaiting delivery I was emailed to tell me to pay a further £65.00
As the pram had been advertised wrong and should have been £129 .00
I asked for discount for there mistake told no so have asked for refund
Awful customer service will never order again
