Not great at Communication I placed a order then few days last it was damaged in warehouse then offered a complete different item to what I ordered couldn’t reply back to email so rang up for them to say we contact the team and get back to you no response so had to cancel the order very disappointed in the way it been dealt with won’t use again

SCAMMERS
Company sent a used customer return out, when raising the issue with them, they ignored all correspondence. I sent the item back at my own cost for them to re send back to me, they said they cannot accept a used item back so I will not get a refund, but it's okay for them to send a used item to me, this company scam people and then avoid all correspondence, I would avoid at all cost. I have a case open with klarna and financial ombudsman, if not resolved the company will be taken to court and will recieve a negative against there business as well as court fees and compensation as this has been going on for months. The company are rude, unprofessional and dishonest and shouldn't be trading if there sending used goods to there customers and advertising as NEW.
THE COMPANY WILL RESPONSE BY SAYING IT WAS RETURNED USED, I AGREE... IT WAS USED AS THATS HOW THE COMPANY SENT IT TO ME, I HAVE PROOF OF CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED. KLARNA HAVE RE OPENED THE CASE AND ARE INVESTIGATING AS THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN ARE INVOLVED AS THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS COMPANY HAVE TRIED TO SELL USED ITEMS TO CUSTOMERS AND ADVERTISED AS NEW.

Wish I had looked at trust pilot before…
Wish I had looked at trust pilot before ordering. Now 2 weeks late and due to have baby tomorrow. Customer service keep emailing that it’s being processed by the warehouse but no progress on this since order was placed. I have now asked for a refund to enable me to order from a more reliable source. Very disappointed.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company! It’s almost two weeks and still have not reviewed my order! Bearing in mind everytime I call them they say they had to order it to then it’s processing as well as we are waiting for it to be collected by evri!
Poor service! Didn’t apologise nor recompensate me. Disgusted and will never be ordering from them again! Quick to take peoples money but can’t stick to the shipping time and as I write this feedback all still now I have nothing!

Best travel system I've reviewed.
I bought a travel system for my 1st grandchild. From ordering to delivery it was an easy and fast process. I'm sure my daughter will love using it. Baby will soon be here. Great price for what you get. Very happy with the purchase.

Wasted 2 days ordering the chosen pram. As paid on website then 2 days later they told me I couldn't have it as it was out of stock. Update you website before people waste they're time spending a lot of money to find out they have to go through a refund/ cancelled order to receive money before they purchase somewhere else. Shambles. Ordered off another site came the next day.
