Lovely pushchair
Lovely pushchair. Realy easy to fold up and down and easy to push. The only downside is that it's mega heavy so even just lifting it in and out the car boot isn't that easy as it's stupidly heavy. But other than that it's great

shocking customer service
I have never been so disappointed with customer service. You would think small businesses would be doing anything to survive and keep their customers happy to keep using them, during a pandemic. I ordered some baby items back at end sept. It stated very clearly 7 to 10 days . After 3 weeks , no correspondence at all, I chased and was told they were waiting a delivery from america. I was offered a refund but I was desperate for these items. I patiently waited another 3 weeks. I receive an email days ago saying my order had been processed in been dispatched. Still no order. I called to get the tracking info, that they state you should automatically get, no answer, I finally get a call back telling me they are not sure my order has been dispatched from their third party but they will call them for the tracking info . over 24 hours later, no curtosy call or email to give me any update, I have called 5 times today and they disconnect the call. Shocking service
