Cosy n safe champion pushchair

Ordered a pram that I fell In love with arrived the next day exactly as listed and I love it even more thank you very much! Ooo and just to add they were the cheapest around!!
Perfect communication also couldn't of been a better experience so thank you!!

Great bedside and portable crib

A very good looking and sturdy crib, for beside the bed for those nighttime feeds. Easily put together, and having the coasters make this crib easy to move about, especially once baby is to be introduced to family and friends.
Would definitely recommend to, and for, all new mums!

Beautiful wooden cradle

My friend's daughter researched for a bedside cradle, and it was to be my gift for her. I had it delivered to my home, and I must say that it arrived safely and well packaged, and at the time stated on the order. We haven’t opened it yet, but it looks really sturdy and it even has coasters and it rocks! I would definitely recommend this to any new mum’s-to-be.

I ordered an item from their website on…

I ordered an item from their website on 21/01/2024. It was supposed to take between 5 and 10 days to arrive as per their website. The delivery date was 05/02/2024 which was 2 weeks and not 5 to 10 days but whatever.The order didn't arrive on 05/02 so I contacted them about it and they answered saying that they didn't have the item I had ordered and that they would receive a shipment later that week.a couple of days later i receive a automated email from them that the item had been shipped. The day after I contacted them by email to check if they could give me an update on when my package would arrive given that they had shipped it the previous day. No answer to that email.Found out from royal mail that the parcel had been shipped the day after they said it had been shipped.I once again email them very annoyed about how the whole thing had been handled and their answer was sending me the tracking number...

I was waiting for my order for nearly 2…

I was waiting for my order for nearly 2 months. I wasn’t told anything about it until I reached out to them for them to say they’re waiting for stock. I requested a cancellation but then they took the money off me and apparently didn’t get a cancellation request. All a massive mess about to be honest. Won’t be ordering again.

Great car seat and price

Great product and the best price I could find on the internet. The item didn't get dispatched for some unknown reason but as soon as I made them aware of it they arranged delivery straight away.
The car seat is lovely, great quality and most of all we know it's really safe.

Great prompt service

Great prompt service. Ordered a balance bike for my 2 year old daughter days before Christmas in a panic having been let down by another website. I received prompt replies to my annoying chasing emails and the bike arrived when it was supposed to, before Christmas. Happy days
