Sent my analyser in for a service and…
Sent my analyser in for a service and calibration, along with my probe and printer, I was having problems with all 3, I booked my service, repair and calibration online, posted it in the drop box before 9am, I was given constant status updates, revived my items back the very next day, all in working order and some thing replaced as new. I will 100% be staying with Kane with my analysers

last year parcelforce lost my analyser
last year parcelforce lost my analyser, and sent me a photo of a door step not mine. this year dpd failed to deliver although i was at home all day. then delivered to 62a not 62 i had to walk my village high street until i found it. how difficult is it to deliver to a post office not a house.
i'm glad i will retire in a few years, kane next day is a lye
