Urgent Gas analyser re calibration!
We contacted Kane as we realised the gas analyser calibration was expiring that day! Silly I know, but when you’re busy… you’re busy!!! They explained what we needed to do to get it over to them asap. We sent it to them on the Friday afternoon, they confirmed they’d received it via a courtesy text on the Saturday which was great as the equipment is very expensive and you can’t help but worry a little bit! They had it calibrated and back in my hand by Tuesday morning! Excellent service, will definitely be keeping a closer eye on the date from now on and get it over to them in good time. Many thanks Kane, you helped me out and I didn’t even need to reschedule any bookings! A***********

For the 3rd time I had to send my kane…
For the 3rd time I had to send my kane analyzer in these last 2 years and I had problems with send it back, they always blame Royal Mail for it, didn't receive a label to print or a QR code to scan, this last time I had to pay for the Postage (around £18) as I needed my analyzer back asap.
Service and speed of getting it back was good but this has to be fixed. I sent my parcel with Royal Mail and they told me that this is not necessarily a problem from their side. I really couldn't care less, I just need this to be straight forward !

2nd Kane FGA
2nd Kane FGA, 9th year with this one, 5 years with the previous one, used to drop of at Hatfied but thats shut now, was a bit dubious about dropping it off at the post office, but...... it couldn't have been any more simpler.
Go online, fill in the details, print of a free post voucher and drop off at the local post office. Spoke with Vikki at Kane and she put my mind a rest. So, in conclusion, have been using Kane services for over 15 years, would highly recommend them, love the product, so very happy with what i have, and wouldn't change anything, thank you Kane : )
