I had buy 2 years ago training test for 461 exam SQL Quering, after taking some break because of work etc I wanted to continue with preparation, but it was impossible to log again. I bought more expensive version that allows lifetime access. Guys from Kaplan told me they don't have me in database and that I have to provide invoice. At the same time they have my email to send me their promotions. Very bad customer care.

Useless. Please do not buy it. All the practice questions misguide from the exam questions and will make you fail.

The flashcards are shown as 440 in count, but its all duplicate.

The pass guarantee did not help me at all and would have failed the exam if I dependent only on them. In the pass guarantee, 15% of the money is taken as a charge and either ways they make profit (if you pass or fail).

Dont waster your money.

Reply on 04/08/2019: Thanks Kaplan for your response. I took Oracle Advanced PL SQL course. I already reached out to info-kaplanit.com and no response was provided on revising the format of exam or checking the flashcards. Instead an offer to buy again one of your products was provided.

I want to post the review, so someone else would not end up in same situation.

Too many distracting typographical errors. Some incorrect answers (duplicate answer options). A few repeated questions. The typos seem to suggest “non-English speaking editing”.

Absolutely awful trying to book an AAT exam well forget it😡..........

Little difficult to log in but i took some time and figured it out.

Questions are a good starting point. Flashcards are more tricky.

No, no friction. Just could've done it on my own without the distraction of the other students. would've been 1/2 the price and done a lot quicker.

Incorrect answers
Found many incorrect answers which makes my exam prep harder. Kaplan's training & prep software is one of the most expensive but still poor in quality.

Excellent...No reservations

The online resources were very inadequate. I studied the material provided and did not pass on the first attempt. I had to purchase a book from amazon, which I then read over the course of 3 days to take the test again and exceed my previous score by roughly 100 points. If I had read the book from amazon, I could have saved a lot of time

Decent Training, above average test
When taking the test it appears that there was much more applied learning labs in the actual test vs the prep material which left you wondering. Over all the QA material was good.

Kaplan IT training is a resource our school uses to prepare for the A+/Net+ certifications. I find myself purchasing and studying other materials to be successful. Kaplan by itself is not enough.

The test samples was different to the real test .
Yes, the questions will not match word per word obviously, but has to be a clue how the text will be.
Take this advise to assistant better education.

Kaplan Training was one of the best resources for my CompTIA A+ preparation. I would recommend Kaplan without reserve.

They switched the software mid year and Poor customer service

Some of the questions have typos or mistakes that are distracting. I also think this should include labs that are similar to what we will have on the tests. But overall a good source of information.

Questions tend to be vague and have little room for error.
