I have used Kapow toys many times over the last 10 years without any problems. When things go well, they go well.
However, I've learned from my most recent transaction that when they don't their customer service is shocking. Just like people have stated in the other negative reviews issued, they seem completely incapable handling any form of criticism or owning their mistakes. They show no interest in rectifying the problem and respond in the manner of a petulant child. What makes it worse is that these replies seem to be coming from the owner or most senior manager. With that kind of leadership no wonder the customer service is so poor.

Just so you're aware you are one of those customers no one really wants but thinks they play some important role in our and other stores existence

You have always been a pain to deal with and the cherry on top is the fact you can't even do something as simple as enter an address, that in itself takes some skills or lack off, Do you also have trouble opening doors or walking in a straight line too ?

Your email is blocked and it feels good not only for me but all the other staff members that have had the misfortune to cross paths with you over the years, If you listen tomorrow you will probably hear the cheer when they come into work and find this email response they are copied into.

If you're going to the convention this year make sure you come over and be the big man in person, little internet warriors like you don't really do too much other than sit around looking at Pornhub and ordering Uber though so I guess leaving the house is probably out of the question........if you can figure out that door handle.

To put things in to perspective,in 10 years I have only had this issue for which I gave them a negative review at feefo. This is a direct response to me having the audacity to give them one negative review.
See what I mean, it's like dealing with a hormonal teenager. Childish insults and an implied offer of physical altercation.
And this is the person at the top of the company!!??!!

Ordered many times from here before. All items sent on time, well packaged and as described. Often have new items available for pre-order quickly and have some older figures in stock. Sales are good and is updated after a while. Returns for replacement is relatively quick (although was slower once, could have been because I was asking for a part replacement and ended up having to just send all of the item back instead of just the defective peice to get a whole product send again as a replacement). Would be better for more details on refunds and returns. Items are not held together for pre-order and in stock item so if previously in stock items sell you will just be refunded the items that are no longer available and sent the rest so do split orders (a warning about this is shown before purchasing items). Would definitely recommend and will continue buying from Kapow toys.

I started ordering from Kapow around 7 years ago. I order from them 2 or 3 times a year and they are my go to place for Transformer orders. I've often wondered if I should just set up a monthly standing order to spread my costs!

The service is typically friendly, helpful and they are happy to answer questions. I've had a couple of issues with orders in the past (one due to PayPal auto cancelling an invoice a day early), but they have been resolved for me and I was happy with the result.

Most of the time they respond to emails within 12-24 hours, so on the occasions when it takes 48 hours or longer for a response, it can be a little frustrating. However, they are a small business, so they don't have the resources for a dedicated team of people to respond as soon as emails come in, so it's probably more that I'm impatient due to the "instant" world that we now live in!

These guys make me happy and will continue to buy from them forever.

Ordered a single item on a Saturday evening. The order was processed and dispatched quickly, reaching me on Wednesday. The figure was really well packaged.

Honestly, this is the first time I've been compelled to write a positive review, but I feel like they deserve it. I made three different orders in August for some Figuarts figures, and all 3 orders arrived quickly and with the figures in excellent/mint condition. You'd think that all companies that specialise in collectable figures and such, would know the importance of the boxes the figures come in to the collectors. But I've had a terrible experience with other stores and collectables arriving damaged due to flimsy and inadequate packaging. So I'm very thankful that Kapow know the importance of strong and sturdy packaging for keeping our collectables safe during shipping. They will definitely be my first port of call for any other figures I want in the future, if they have them.

For me Kapow Toys and Star Action Figures are the best sites to buy from in respect of action figures.

They do not overcharge and send items very well packaged, along with quick despatch.

I’ve had no issues buying from them - and will always be one of the first to use!

I find the pricing very reasonable, especially as some of the things I have purchase were imported. The customer service is EXCELLENT.
