I received exemplary customer service when my parcel went missing after delivery. Customer service kept in touch, contacted Australia post and worked out that the parcel had been stolen but sent me a replacement any way. That is unusual these days and I have already ordered again from This company as they deserve the business.

It’s a great website. I ordered a nice dress with a very intricate and well done floral detail. All the people who’ve seen my new dress have expressed their compliments more than once.

Love this site and every item I bought. I’ve also had amazing customer service. Can’t recommend enough.

Lovely customer service and clothes. However I’ve experienced way faster shipping times in other shops.

I was scammed by this company. Bought a dress- totally different to photo online - terrible quality. A year later $268 was taken from my credit card as a “membership fee”. Going through bank fraud team now to recover money. People giving 5 star reviews must be employees of this fake company.

I purchased 1x dress from them 10 months ago, which was nothing like was advertised. Advertised as $39.95AU, charged as $62.07USD and took forever to arrive.
TEN MONTHS LATER they have now deducted $266 from my credit card account. They keep your details and then make unauthorized transactions from you - I can see this has happened to many people...

unauthorised transaction on my card. none of my email addresses work on their website, and i've no emails from them either. reported to Amex

Just discovered they have made an UNAUTHORIZED $267 debit in my card!!! I DID NOT a make a purchase for this amount!! Will be reporting it immediately.

I just found a charge on my credit card for $259.37 from them, I havent even brought anything.
Having Credit Card company disputing this transaction and they also suspended my card.. now I have to wait for new one to be sent out

They took 200$ from my account, no idea who they are, never bought from them before. Be aware!!!

This company has taken $267.33 out of my account on 22/3/21 for an unknown transaction.

On the 15th March, this company took $259 from my credit card....
I purchased a dress from them a year ago, which was nothing like was advertised and was promised a refund...never happened..
They now have deducted $259 from my account, they answered my initial email saying it was for a one off VIP membership !!!! I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR. They apologized and said the money would be refunded in 3 days, it's been well over 2 weeks, I have received no refund and they will not answer my emails, and I have emailed every single day....
I can see this has happened to many people...
DO NOT TRUST HELEN KARMA AND WHAT EVER OTHER NAMES THEY GO UNDER... FRAUD / SCAM, ..how they still have your details a year later and use them is CRIMINAL...

I had purchased a dress about a year ago, It was terrible quality.
They took an amount of @250 NZ dollars from my account this month. I had not purchased anything. I can't seem to get their details. I need their e-mail details.What a rip off!

I brought from this company dec 2019.
On March 2021 this company deducted $259.?? from the debit card i supplied 15 months ago. I emailed the company and they apologized for the error and said they would refund the $. I found the website online and found i had an account. I had to get a new password and when i logged into my account ,sure enough i had a VIP membership. At no time did i sign up for it, and no other membership payment has came out when i ordered the product. Now they have not refunded the money but they have changed my membership to refunded and will not return my emails.
. So now its in the banks hands. but i also recommend that a complaint be lodged to visa ,so this company will not be able to take visa card anymore.

Zero stars i was deducted $259 out of my card on the 16th March for a purchase I never made. The cc company says it was legitimate!! I purchased an item in December 2019 not from Helen Karma, but when reviewing my emails the confirmation email for the purchase came from Helen Karma. The worst part the cc card company said this is a Recurring Transaction! None of this was authorised!

If I could leave no stars I would. I have just had close to $300NZ of unauthorised money taken from my account, 9 months after purchasing a crappy jacket via Facebook. Supposedly I signed up for a VIP membership. I would of thought if you’d done that then you would at least received an email or login entails for the VIP account, but no, just a big scam! Stay away from Helen Karma. I hope they get the ‘karma’ they deserve!

This company is a scam. Somehow they got my details and have taken $267.83 out of my account. Do not use them whoever they are.

on the 15th on March I got charge $199.99 US from this company, and I did not make a purchase. Please be careful. I purchased once over a year ago from this site.

I have been charged on the 15/3/21 for $259.47 Aus which is $199.95 US by this site. I do not know this site and definitely have not ordered anything from them. They have fraudulently taken money from my account.
