I had exactly the same thing happen to me! I got charged a week ago $267 out of the blue around a year that I stupidly ordered a dress via their Facebook page. I never received the dress, have left a message via their Contact page, to which I have never received a response. Thankfully the bank reversed the payment after a review. I have never been reimbursed for the dress either. I will now look into it. This site is a SCAM!!!!

I have been charged $268 from this company recently 16.03.21. I have not had any notifications of this charge. I have not purchased from them for over 2 years - terrible clothes and fits. I have just sent them an email to refund my money asap. I am not happy about this at all.

Yes 😡they did this to me as well . Took $259 from my credit card on 16/3/21. This is what they did . You purchase from them and pay by credit card ( they obviously don’t offer PayPal cause I would have used that) automatically & unbeknownst to you they sign you up for an account and make you a VIP member . However , to be a VIP member you need to have a subscription and pay them US$199.99 yearly . They do this by storing your credit card details and calling it a subscription in a VIP account . All without you being made aware . Check this out ..
You might want to go to their website and sign in to your account . Of course you might not have a password , because you never made an account . but you can reset your password by asking them to send you a password reset link . Anyway, get into your account , and check out the VIP club membership . There you go .. your credit card details and details of your membership like you authorised them to set it up .
I am so very angry . Of course I immediately deactivated the card . I have sent them an email asking for a refund , but I don’t like my chances . I will request help from my bank to get the money back , but I also don’t like my chances . I hope this company goes broke or the people running it get cancer and suffer a long horrible painful death 💀 the clothes were also crap 💩

The same thing has happened to me on 16th March 2021. I have not purchased anything from this website since Dec 2019 and never would again. I was charged USD 199.95 which is the equivalent of AUD 267.00. With so many complaints here how are they able to keep operating? I am furious. I have lodged a dispute with my credit card provider and they have somehow provided them with a receipt? This is criminal.

they also took an unauthorised payment from my credit card of $278. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM !!!

As like all reviews, I too had $283.33 taken from my account last week. Only purchased a year ago and one item under $20. I stopped bank card and bit of hassle trying to locate them but since emailing them they refunded a week later minus around $8-$10 as was a US currency with an apology and said it must be something to do with a yearly VIP subscription cost blablabla which I never requested. Their site needs to be shut down so who can do this before anyone else gets scammed?!

HelenKarma.com took unauthorised amount of $259.54 from my Credit Card when I didn't purchase anything from them. I had to cancel my card and lodge a dispute to have funds returned! Either the company is dodgy or someone has hijacked their customer's credit card details. NOT HAPPY!!

Also had $257 fraudulently taken from my account. My bank contacted me to advise of a dodgy transaction. I had to cancel my card and now the hassle of a dispute to raise

I also had $266 deducted from my credit card. I ordered 2 dresses last year and there was a lot of drama and they credited my account. Also thought it was an Australian site and was charged US dollars. After cancelling my card I contacted them by email and was told I must have signed up to their VIP list. They reimbursed me minus $10. Review won’t allow to use their email address but it will be on your previous order confirmation

I ordered a dress from them about a year ago the quality was terrible and the sizing terrible, they offered a substitute item which was also terrible, I would never order from them again. When I ordered the items I assumed it was an Australian site but was then the US $ equivalent was taken from my card. Nowhere on the site did it say$US.

I have just noticed that they have tried to take money twice from my credit card on the 18th March, the 19th March and 20th March but there were insufficient funds (thank goodness as I use a debit card). I would never order from this company again.

HelenKarma.com took unauthorized $267.33 from my Visa Credit Card on 16/3/21 when I didn't purchase anything from them. I called my bank who are investigating and I had my account closed to prevent taking any more. DODGY AS!!.

Also $267.17 taken from credit card, have had to cancel account . Dodgy as!!!

I too had $265 taken from my account by this company this week. I bought a dress from them in Dec 2019. It was poor quality and I'd never buy from them again. After reporting to my bank I did some googling and found their website and sent them an angry email. They replied within an hour, full of apologies with some excuse that it was a vip membership fee and there had been a misunderstanding and they would refund my money. The refund is in my account today. I will still be getting my card cancelled as I dont feel reassured that this couldn't happen again or that my account details may be sold to someone else.

On Wednesday 17th of March $259.74 was deducted from my debit card. I have never ordered anything from this company. Transaction says Las Palmas ( Palm Beach Queensland) l live in Victoria. It has been handed over to the Fraud Squad of my Bank who has told me it will take around 30 days. So frustrating! They have said send me any evidence you may have. Well all they need to do is look at this review page. So many scams

Have just had to cancel my credit card as $251 plus international costs taken out without my knowledge. Very dodgy.

Somehow this company has had there information scammed as in credit card details and have in the past day or so deducted money from a lot of peoples accounts incuding mine. All the same dollar amount! I hadnt bought anything from them for a year and a half, so they need to get this sorted out quickly,!

Just got my refund of $264 from this company who had no right to take it out. I was gypped out of $2.60 because of foreign transaction fee. Do not buy anything from this Company total scam.
