I have just checked my bank acc and found that $259.47 is pending. I have not placed an order with them. Exactly Hilda, on the phone to my bank although I think it's better if I go in to see them.

This is a scam! I just had $264 deducted from my account and I have NOT ordered anything! I don't know how they got my card details, I think I ordered a dress from them about a year ago. DO NOT BUY!

I BOUGHT A DRESS LAST YEAR WHICH WAS AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY NOW THIS COMPANY HAS TAKEN OUT $266 FROM MY ACCOUNT LAST NIGHT FOR NO PURCHASE. PLEASE BE CAREFUL CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU HAVE EVER PURCHSED ANYTHING FROM THAT COMPANY.

I am disgusted to say the least I have been billed $ 259.47 for nothing. I have been ripped off and am demanding my money back. What sort of a business is this?. Please return my hard earned money and stay out of my account.just to let everyone know I have received my refund after 3 days apparently their system was compromised and that resulted in past customers being charged for goods not purchased. It would of been nice if the company had responded to everyone’s comments and reassured their customers that they would be refunded.

Nothing but fake photos stolen off other loathing businesses,,cheap poor quality copies definitely not worth AUS $40.00,nothing but lies regarding refunds and offer if a free item in exchange,pity scammers running busineses like this are not closed down..typical Asian knock offs stealing people creative hard work...and to all the liars saying they love this clothing business,yeah right!

I am very disappointed 😔 I ordered online a black dress ...waited and waited and thought because of COVID it was taking a while.
Secondly it stated $39.97 with free shipping no mention that it was UK or US dollars.
It looked like a light cotton black dress would not cost much for postage anyway no buttons or zips or frills..
I thought I had waited long enough- checked my bank statement to see when the money cane out to discover $64.99 had been deducted ??
SO NOT ONLY AM I DOWN $64.99

I purchased off you on the 3/6/2020 on the facebook page it had $39.95 l was charged $60.04 - I am upset that l haven't received a package with the dress STILL!!! And that l was over charged. If l dont hear from you immediately l will be taking this further - i have tried your support and customer care email and it sends back saying that it didnt go through to you l have tried to comment on your fbook page on all the photos to get you attention and you dont contact me SO I AM FUMING!!!!

I ordered a dress from these people, was badly made, didn't fit and poor quality. I contacted them and they said keep that dress and find something else and we will send it to you free of charge. So I ordered a different style and still havent received it. They insist that I have received it ?????
This goes back to January 2020, still have not received 2nd order and now I cannot get a reply from them.

Made in China- bought dress and it did not look anything like the ad for it. Will not be buying from this site again

Poor service!!!! I ordered dress from them ,it was small i returned to them and never recieve my money back.I emaled hundred times nobody care and answer me why i didnt recieve my money back!

I ordered two (2) dresses, the: Cap Sleeve Black Wet look Midi Dress code: DRS_16429 and the Black Cap Sleeve Off Shoulder Midi Dress code: DRS_16170. The material is ehh, not the best of quality. I would say to order any dresses in a small size because the dresses tend to run bigger. But overall not a bad experience just was expected better quality.

Purchased items as very cheap just for a last minute holiday. Package arrived prompt on the Saturday (ordered Friday!), packaging was less than desirable. Scrunched up clothes wrapped up sealed bag. A few dresses not very goods quality and see through, but to be honest with items at this price it's hard to complain. Will use again as most of items received are good. Free delivery and student discount also :)

Ordered a dress the other day and it arrived really quick! Great quality and there's a really good selection of stuff to choose from. Can't wait to wear it.
