Waited 45minutes and had to ask them to serve us what we ordered :-(
They had forgotten our table.

When we left, they made me pay another table’s bill, which was 400kr ekstra. Luckily they found out before we left and transfered my money back to me.

They didn’t serve the dish of eddemamebønner the way they promise in the menu. They forgot the mayonnaise. When I asked, they told me that it was identical with the menu. Well - no.

The food was delicious - but let’s face it - everything else was beneath criticism!

Went yesterday with my parents to the new location in Copenhagen city centre for the first time. It feels more spacious than before and I like the chairs. However, most important is the food: it was as delicious as before. Many places offer good sushi in Copenhagen but this one has the menus with really special things like lobster and caviar well presented and super tasty.

Excellent -beatiful and tasty sushi, caviar etc.😋 And delicious Birthday cake and the staff came singin with the cake 🎶 the Happy Birthday song🎶😊 we had a wonderful evening at Karmasushi Frederikshavn

At first glimpse looking like a real nice sushi place, but was really a huge disappointment. A true no go !!!
The staff very uninformed, inexperienced - not knowing about any drinks or food, had to ask kitchen for every single detail....
Kitchen not equipped to acomodate people who only eat Gluten free,
not equipped to serve simple meals for children. The cocktails that was served ended up giving us a headache that lasted 24 hours.
Absolute useless, all name no brain..

Really nice services and surroundings. The place oozes of Sushi. The food was over my expectations and I must say I have eaten in a lot of different Sushi restaurants. This place is on my absolute Top three restaurant (out of maybe 20)..

We had a great experience at Karma Sushi.
The food was absolutely delicious.

Was looking forward to the Signature menu, which in itself was a good experience, but the slow and un-trained staff made the overall experience inadequate. 4 different waiters ensured a hectic atmosphere, and party sloppy servings with little timing. Why Chardonnay was served when Chablis was ordered remains unanswered, and finally having to leave the table after 15 min unattended in order to pay, made the experience overall disappointing.

The food is amazing and the service as expected! Totally worth it!
