I had an express health check up this morning at Katalyst health in Soho, this involved a comprehensive testing procedure including a small finger pr1ck blood sample to determine my cholesterol, diabetes and heart attack risk. They also checked my height, weight, waist, bmi and a variety of other lifestyle related questions. RRP £99.

Given my family history involving high blood pressure and cholesterol I am grateful to share that I am in good health and have one or two lifestyle changes to make. This certainly gives peace of mind to myself and my family, and had things not gone as well I would have been very grateful to catch it early.

The offices and consultation rooms were extremely clean, spotless, which is always something I look for and value. They also sold a variety of additional tailored supplement solutions for many different needs.

The staff went to lengths to ensure I felt welcomed, were friendly, enthusiastic and open/honest during my time there.

I do not normally write reviews however I felt like sharing the positive experience I had at Katalyst in Soho and would highly recommend it, specifically, to any young person looking to get a check up on lifestyle changes and the current state of your health.

Excellent speedy service, results fast too. Highly recommend.

Quick service, very good

I cancelled my appointments 23 days in advance of the appointments I had made for my wife and me. I received a cancellation confirmation email but it was not obvious if this covered both our appointments or just mine. I sent an email to enquire and to ask about my refund. I have received no replies to my emails nor any response from the phone number.
This company does not make it easy to talk to anyone or communicate in any way. Extremely unprofessional and I have no idea if I will ever receive a refund.

Very easy to book a last-minute fit-to-fly the next day, based just off Harley Street, the young man who greeted me and gave me thetest was polite, professional and friendly and all-in-all I would highly recommend them and intend to use them again whenever I beed to.

I had a health check up at Katalyst Health - Soho Square and it was a great stress-free, smooth experience. The reception staff are super friendly and made me feel at ease. The nurse was fab, super lovely and walked me through all the results and their meanings. The tests themselves are very in-depth and I received my results quickly.

Had read lots of bad reviews but was desperate so booked an express test at Heathrow clinic anyway. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Kind man at front desk was helpful in explaining process and promising to do his best to expedite. Received results in 3 hours.
