We provide various instances, throughout the booking and testing process, for all our Heathrow Marriot customers to read and see that they are entitled to 1-hour free parking. If in the course of your experience you had any doubts or questions regarding this, please do find this information within your confirmation emails.
In addition to this, all our team members and customer service operatives are on hand to provide you with all the correct information at any point.
We appreciate your feedback and we will be taking this on-board to better inform our customers about our parking facilities. This is so, we can make this information much clearer on the emails and therefore, lowering the spending cost of many travellers.

The service was good but unnecessarily complicated
The service was good but complicated by the royal funeral on the day of my departure.
The service would be excellent if their staff were more proactive in taking your last flight details & working backwards in terms of the 48:hours period. The man who initially served me kept refusing to take responsibility.
If Katalyst had regularly updated software that just required destination & last flight departure time, the best option of next day result or same day or express service could be decided efficiently.
Instead, I initially booked express service (my mistake, which wasn't corrected by their staff) then that was cancelled by the royal funeral & I was advised that a next day service was fine. That meant various phone calls and their need to refund part of my payment.
If the service had been more professional/helpful from the start, this changing of appointments & refund could have been avoided.

All the personnel I met were very helpful and friendly. They gave me a great sense of trust. The day I made my PCR test is the day of Queen's funeral where many others clinic in London were closed. But Katalyet Health keep their promise to give me the service. I appreciate it very much.

We do apologise for the inconvenience regarding your results.
After a closer review, I can confirm that your initial certificate had been issued on 02/09/2022, at 5:01pm. We then issued the secondary certificate, valid for travel to Japan, on the 02/09/2022 at 6:03pm.
We are sincerely sorry that the email had not been received successfully, however, please do note that the second certificate issued is accepted and accredited through the MySOS app.
We advise those travelling to Japan and other countries with special requirements to routinely check their Spam/Junk mail in case the certificate finds its way there.

I am sorry to hear you were not able to find the email with your results before your boarding time.
I have taken a look at your sample and have seen that while your results were issued within 15 minutes from the sample collection time, the certificate was also sent to your email. In some cases, these emails can be located in either your inbox or your junk/spam folder and in other instances it can be due to the email firewalls restricting external emails.
I do understand that you have already boarded and presumably already landed to your destination but, if you do require a copy of your results or if you do have any questions please do remember we are also available through our support email: support@wearekatalyst.com
