Great experience. Did our PCR tests at Nuffield health centre at 3pm and were expecting our results before midnight the following day. We had the results back quickly and efficiently within 3 hours of having them done! So pleased with the speedy service.

Actually, we purchase a 3 hours rapid PCR test. However, we got the report 4 hours after we did the test. Luckily we reserve more time before the flight.

Lab staff did excellent job – "4-hour" test completed in under two hours.

Registration process was confusing – having registered once, there was an instruction buried in a very long "confirmation" email to register for a second time.

I turned up at the centre unaware of that requirement, and had lost my camera phone. Fortunately, the receptionist was very understanding and completed the second registration on his computer, and waved me through.

THEY NEVER GIVE YOU YOUR REFUND BACK! I cancelled the booking a week in advance, I have rung them 20 times, I have sent them 10 emails. No one replied.
I asked for the refund and I am just ghosted. This is very unprofessional, it’s like they would never give you a refund.

I am really grateful to Katalyst Health for bailing me out. I got turned back from my flight because I did not present a covid test certificate. I needed one to present the following day. I almost missed the flight again. Thank goodness Katalyst did it for me same day at a really affordable price.

I feel like having been cheated. The nurse who took my sample for testing was unprofessional if not immoral. What a shoddy work she performed! She just put the rod half way up my left nasal and finished. Note here, just my left nasal, and no sample taken from the other nasal and my mouth. Unsurprisingly, the testing result came out to be indeterminate (void), surely due to insufficient sample taken. It’s a panic attack as I desperately needed a negative result for boarding a flight back home. Eventually I rushed to have a super-expensive but rapid test with another clinic. Guess what, I had a confirmed negative result. Hurrah, I could go home as planned. But I was at the same time extremely outraged since it proved without doubt that the test I did with Katalyst Health was not properly done at all. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it’s services to others. I would follow up to make direct complaint to the company and the relevant UK authorities.
