The test and speed of results were great, but setting up the app in the first place was incredibly cumbersome. You need to set aside at least 20 mins per person to set this up, and that assumes you are ok working with apps and technology.

Pleasant experience
The reception staff is nice and patient to register me for the testing. She performed the test for me and there is no uncomfortableness. As I am traveling to Hong Kong, she explained that she will send me in a separate email regarding the accreditation of the clinic. The test result was received about 7 hours after the test though I registered for results in 24 hours!
