Effectively stole my money - no result provided.
Booked next day test. Done on site (Covent Garden). Supposed to receive results by midnight next day.
Did not received anything. Emailed customer service per instructions. A week later and still no response. So as it currently stands they've defrauded me out of £40.
I was receiving confirmation emails of appointments so mitigated any of that excuse.
If you want to travel. Use someone else.

No walk-in, no enquire number
I tried to walk-in but I was told they do not accept. I need to do online registration on site though the staff is helpful. On their web site there is no information about free one hour parking, no phone can enquire about the centre I was visiting. I parked in another carpark to walk there. Except for this administrative procedures, Otherwise, service there is good.
