The worst company - total con !

Why did I not read the reviews before I bought from this company?! Do not touch with a barge pole. They have done a very nice marketing job but are in fact a China based ripoff outfit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. The products are not as described and awful quality. The returns to China are designed to put people off bothering to send anything back, due to the costs and the likelyhood of a refund is slim to zero. Kate-London have no phone number so it's impossibIe to talk to anybody from the company.I am now in dispute with my credit card company over a chargeback as I refuse to return an item at my expense "not as described".

What a Con. The company projects an image of being a London based supplier - WRONG !! They are in China. The goods took 5 weeks to arrive and the sizing was complete wrong not resembling UK sizes. The returns policy is not what they say. It cost £25 to return the goods to China and no refund or response. Absolute joke - should be closed down immediately. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM EVEN IF THEY OFFER GOODS FREE OF CHARGE !!!

Total scam, awful quality and would give zero stars if I could. Delivery took 3 weeks as it came from China and clearly a rip off ‘company’ Please avoid and don’t get scammed.

Terrible terrible experience. Should not be in business! No transparency, Shocking returns - I had to pay £25 to return goods to China!! Greenwashing website! Completely unacceptable company in so many ways! Should be closed down asap. Do not buy!!

Avoid this company. I ordered a shirt. It took weeks to arrive, was poor quality, and was a different design and colour to the description. Their Trust Pilot ratings are falsely displayed on their website.

Stay away from this company. Their returns policy is a complete con! To reiterate you will not get your money back if you decide to return the goods. I have been fleeced again by a company marketing their goods on Facebook! The two pairs of shoes I purchased took weeks to arrive needless to say the quality and sizing was completely wrong in every sense of the word. Stay away! PS Don’t be fooled by the company name they are a Chinese company with very low ethics!

Complete falsification of customer reviews on their own website. Poor quality shirts sourced from China bearing no resemblance to online photographs, Orders take weeks to arrive, not days, as they state. There is no credible returns policy so, if reading this and the other genuine reviews, be aware that you will lose your money. Best avoided.

I ordered 3 shirts over a week before I went on holiday because the TrustPilot reviews on the Kate London site were all 5* and said the delivery was quick and efficient. The shirts never arrived before I departed for my holiday so tracked them and was shocked to see they were in China!! I kept an eye on the tracking and followed them through from China to Hong Kong then to the UK and 3 weeks later they were posted through my letter box. Whoever said the delivery was quick and efficient needs to take a serious look at themselves!! Shirts are poor quality, unbranded and a waste of money. I've since read a lot more reviews on this site and discovered that to return the shirts I will have to pay for the shipping back to China with no guarantee of a refund!

Do not buy anything from this company, it’s a total scam, shoddy cheap goods, no credible return policy and totally false reviews on their website. It’s a disgrace that they are still trading and ripping customers off.

Complete fraud

It has been reported to all advertising platforms as well as ASA Ofcom and Trading Standards and will be taken down very soon, with investigations into the company and directors behind it already underway apparently.

I bought two shirts from this outfit,they were certainly not as described in the advertisement.
Extremely poor quality.made from polyester not luxury cotton as described.
Their returns policy requires customers to send goods back to an obscure address in China at customers cost.
This despite the existence of a return address for the postman in the case of non delivery!
My advice is not to buy from this site unfortunately it must be a scam.

This company has a very poor quality in clothing. Clothes are made in china and that too with the poorest thread count possible.

I would ask everyone not to buy from this company because they do not have a return policy where you can return goods in the UK. At the time when I made the purchase the return policy link just showed an unreadable literature in a non existent Language.

The company then claims that the customers need to send the goods to China at customers cost with the tracking number as they do not have any office in the UK where they can take goods.

Awful quality, website should not still be allowed to trade. Shocking customer service.

I was offered 10% off the price of the product, or return to China at my own risk and they cannot guarantee any refund.

Advert misrepresents the product. Shirts advertised as 100% cotton were 100% polyester. Chinese product. Return cost £24. Six weeks later and counting still no refund (£63.00 expected). Kate London tried to convince me to accept 10% refund to keep product then 20%. Buyer Beware. Strongly advise NOT TO BUY FROM KATE LONDON

My email to them this evening having received my goods after 3 weeks of waiting and repeated promises of delivery:

You should be ashamed of yourselves. My products are substandard at best and the fact you have now had so many bad ratings you have rebranded is shallow and callous for all future customers.

I am now left out of pocket with simply unwearable products and having invested and supported your company is embarrassing.

Karma has a way of coming back, remember that.

The least you could do is allow those who have been scammed by you to get their money back and have some sense of responsibility - I personally cannot fathom how you can do this to people.

Nothing like the items described/pictured. Poorest quality matrials and workmanship. Rip-off - won't get fooled again!

Total scam.
Very poor quality product and took ages to get to me.
Bought via Insta and should have checked the web site/photos/details on a laptop browser.
This is the quality you get from 3 shirts for £20 from a cheap market stall.
The shirts are not the material they say it is and is of laughably poor quality. Scam company sending goods from China. There is nothing at all to do with a British fashion brand.
Noticeably there is no attempt to refute anyone's complaints on Trustpilot - the review they have on the Kate London site are clearly made up.
I guess they are proud of what they are doing - what a way to live your life...
Avoid, AVOID, AVOID.
