Item not as described & tried to fob me off with no refund, postage wrong to save the planet yet they would send another with payment! Hows that saving the planet. DO NOT USE THIS .... CHINA SCAMMER

Ordered over a week ago, nothing has arrived and no updates, messaged a couple of days ago and heard nothing.

Seems to be a dodgy Chinese cheap manufacturing company masquerading as a London based high quality firm.

Don't walk...run from this company

Decided to return items due to poor quality and wrong size. They have dragged their heels and they don’t supply a returns label etc with your order; red flag indicator there. Finally offered 3 options, 10% discount and keep the item, store credit or return items to China at own cost and then refunded but I bet they would make some excuse, see full details below. Obviously they don’t hold UK stock as your order comes direct from the supplier. Avoid, you will not get a full refund.
Option 1: 10% refund and you keep the product
You will receive a 10% refund of the purchase price of the product, and you may keep the item. The refund amount will be in your account within 1-4 working days. This is not only a quick and easy way to solve your problem but also better for the environment, as the return process is avoided.

Option 2: Store credit worth the purchase amount of returned item
We are happy to offer you store credit worth the full purchase amount of the relevant product within your order. You can use this credit for future purchases in our shop.* And the good news is that you can keep the current product! What's more, when you choose this option, we donate 5% of the saved cost towards tree planting.**

Option 3: Return to our warehouse in China
You can return the product to our partners in China. Please note that the return costs are at your expense and at your own risk, as stated in our return conditions. Once received and inspected the returned item/s, you will receive your refund within 1-4 working days.

Please let us know which option you prefer so we can process your return quickly.

Disgusted overall; there is no zero star option an Absolute Scam:

- Overpriced and not worth the packaging it was sent in
- Bad Fit (didnt Fit)
- Terrible Material
- Terrible Shape and cut
- Terrible customer service (I asked to cancel by email but they waited and said that the item had been delivered before answering)

I have to say that I am not only never buying from this brand again but I am also not going to buy anything from Instagram again.

Lesson Learnt.....

Beware, I ordered a beige cotton short sleeved shirt BUT received a yellow polyester shirt. Not easy to return and now still waiting for refund. There’s no free return so postage back to China is expensive. Not recommended.

Bought a ‘linen’ shirt - it’s not linen, and the quality is appalling. China sweatshop rubbish.

No UK company to return, got to return it to China and you have to pay the costs.

They offered me a 10% refund if I kept it hahaha

Product not as advertised, no details how to return, reached out via their website and sent email…guess what no reply!

Worst item of clothing I have ever bought, why on earth did I not look at the reviews before. Took 10 days to arrive and it's trash, poor material and only roughly resembles the shape of a shirt. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY>

Yep, like everyone else I should have read the reviews but quickly bought something from an instagram advert. Looked nothing like the image and the quality was absolutely horrendous.

1 Star is 1 more than they deserve.

I ordered 3 shirts after seeing an ad on Facebook. The shirts are nothing like those advertised. I returned them using track and trace Royal Mail to the sender address and notified them through returns. They then emailed and told me I needed to send them to China! FFs what a joke.
Even though the shirts have been signed for they are refusing to refund me!
Do not use this company.

I wish I had read these reviews first but can only concur with how poor this firm is.
I bought 3 shirts online but the postman left them behind my bin while I was away and they went missing before I got back. They are refusing to pursue Royal Mail and I am unable to as the recipient.
The only way of contacting the company is by email and on their website is posts an image saying that Trustpilot reviews are "Excellent!", which is clearly not the case.

After ordering it took over 3 weeks for product to arrive.

Sizes
- the shirts were more like XL, I ordered medium
- sports jacket - the jackets was a small, so sleeves to short - I ordered a medium. The collar was bent, like the stiffening was creased over.

Style
- nothing like the photos, there was no fashion or style
- fabrics were nothing like the instagram or web photos

Returns
- you don't get a return slip, nor is there one to download on their website. So you have to email and wait again for a week to get a reply with a pdf.
- worst at your own expense the return goes to KATE CHINA! I mean that is bonkers!

So, I have thrown the completely useless clothes away and waster £120

Shirt advertised as cotton, but will undoubtedly just melt when I chuck it on the fire later. Totally synthetic. Cheap tat.
Have not responded to my return request. That’s a joke!

As many others have said. FAKE reviews. APPALLING quality. About as a 'London' as the Great Wall of China...which is where this is actually from.

This review sums it up perfectly..."Like all others was taken in by fake Trust pilot reviews and pictures of products... shirt was v cheap material.

Returns only to China for sustainability reasons ( ! ) at customer expense...... Not throwing further good money after bad."

I wish I'd read the proper reviews before buying.

Also operate under navy-London and Belanzzo. I received money back from my bank and am most grateful Awful Company should be banned from Instagram and Facebook

Fell for the same as everyone else - shirts took forever to arrive. Eventually arrived months later and quality is a 0-10 - refund policy is to send back to China at my expense.

AWFUL and social media scam - goods sent are poor quality sizes all wrong, and break EU and UK laws on labelling - no response to my emails to get refunded, thEy were unwearable
