Checked Trustpilot before I ordered and the reviews were good. After placing the order I felt uneasy after a few days when I realised the order was coming from China. Two and a half weeks later the goods arrived. Cheap rubbish that looked nothing like the pictures. Had to email the company twice and then told I have to pay to send the goods back to China by track and trace. I am not confident I will receive a refund even if I do this. Trustpilot is now confirming that this is a fraudulent company.

I would give minus if I could.
It took so long for my shoes to arrive that I thought it was a scam. They were coming from CHINA, a shop called Kate London but Chinese. The quality of the shoes are terrible. My foot got a blister by just looking at them.

Once they arrived they sent me the wrong size. I asked for a refund as I needed them for a holiday. They refused and said that if I pay £10 they will send me another pair. This was not good enough as they made the mistake.

I have asked for a refund numerous of times and they will not refund my money.

Scam scam scam stay far far away from these scammer.

Do not in any way shape or form buy from this company.
I learned the hard way, ‘loafers’ arrived of poor quality and three sizes too small, been diddled!

As with others, I wish I had read this before ordering. That said, having done so, I contacted my bank a couple of days later and they agreed to put a block on the payment and recredit my account. Admittedly they might release the payment at a later date, but......
I was told the order is with the courier firm. I am hoping that I am asked to sign for it and will be in a position to refuse delivery. Will keep you updated.

Scam company. Check their website. Clearly fraudulent. Fake trust pilot reviews on their website. Do not buy.

Cheating scamming liars. Nowhere does it say china on their site.
I was a fool and fell for a nice picture. Should have thought twice.

Yes, even knowledgeable internet users like me were fooled by the photos of London, the 5* trustpilot reviews and so on. Ripped-off as goods are nothing like those described. Has anyone returned and received a refund? I'm thinking of just binning the stuff and chalking it up to experience.

Avoid them at all costs. Very slow delivery, horrible polyester shirts that are nothing like the photos or descriptions and never reply to emails about how to return.

Warning don’t bother with this company they a deceitful in what they sell in quality and size. Once you eventually receive the goods that’s if your lucky the products are cheap nasty and not as described further more they make it financially not viable to return the goods I’ve been well and truly ripped off. Heed my advice!!!!

Echo everything others have said.Cheap nasty polyester product bearing no resemblance to images.Trying to return but not optimistic as shipped from China.Serves me right for buying off Facebook

I repeat all the previous 1 star reviews on here. The website shows nice quality tasteful clothes and you receive nasty cheap clothes that you wouldn't want to be seen in. Refund "policy" requires you to return them to China. Don't buy from Kate London or anything advertised on FB. I learnt my lesson

Total rubbish Not as advertised. I feel like a mug. They sent but the produce was so bad that I wouldn’t want to even keep in my house as a severe fire risk from the material. SCAM - avoid

Do not buy from this company. Supply poor quality goods from china which take a long time to arrive and are not made of the advertised materials or containing the details as per the website pictures. They operate the same products under many different brands on Facebook. Avoid,

Scam dropshipping company. Advertised as quality clothes made with natural fibres but they are just cheap, polyester shirts that neither look as advertised in design or colour. Steer well clear. Terrible customer returns policy too. Why are these types of company still allowed to trade?

Scammed! Ordered over 2 weeks ago and received absolutely nothing. Emailed several times and had no response. Don’t use!!

Like all the others here, looked legit and to be fair trust pilot reviews were positive (at the time) but looking back it was too much. Anyway, awful items wrong size and full on polyester ! No one would wear these. Avoid.

This company is a CON, the products are either not sent or sent wrongly, I received 3 of the worst made shirts ever seen (and in polyester when advertised as cotton) the company has refused a refund nor provided me with a way of returning their shoddy product without me paying for the return, like others I was met with a barrage of 'we do not do returns because we are saving the planet', when I pointed out that shipping a manmade polyester shirt from China (do not believe the rubbish about retail outlets etc) and having no returns policy is not only an affront to anyone with an ecological mindset but also illegal. I was offered a 50% discount.
I will not be accepting it.
Unfortunately trust pilot are being used by this shower to advertise their shoddy goods. Do not believe the trust pilot reviews on the Kate London site they are AI generated and are certainly not genuine.
Trust Pilot can you do anything about this ? this is a con for the customer but is also an abuse of your good name and reputation. I will also be writing to META to ask them to stop providing a sales channel through FB for these conmen.

Absolute crap

Well, wish I'd seen these reviews before paying out £70 for two so called linen shirts at half price.
This is the second time I've been scammed this year 🤬🤬🤬

Feel an absolute fool for buying from this company, never buy from a ad on Facebook. Company pretends its a shop in london, it is not its a chinese business and the stuff which still hasn't arrived (weeks after ordering) is shipped from china. Wish i had looked at the reviews on here first. Suspect if it does arrive it will be rubbish (if its what i ordered i will change review)
