This is a scam! Not as advertised products. Shipped direct from China with the cheapest materials imaginable! Stay away
Appalling deceit
Appalling experience of a substandard product and deliberate deceit when it comes to getting a refund. I should have kissed my money goodbye.
Terribly disappointed and annoyed that…
Terribly disappointed and annoyed that I fell for it. Poor quality not as advertised. Return cost as much as the shirt to China
Banking on people not paying the cost. Wish I hadn’t bothered. DO NOT BUY THROUGH THIS WEB SITR
I've learnt my lesson
I've learnt my lesson. I should have read the customer reviews before ordering. I'm in the process of trying to cancel my order which has not been shipped yet

Utter scam
Genuine scam please do NOT ever get anything from this website. The product that arrives is not what is advertised, shocking quality and genuinely awful. Absolute scam, shouldn’t be allowed to advertise
Chinese Scam
Like everyone else here I placed an order when it looked as though a 50% offer was about to expire and they had thousands of 5 star trust pilot reviews on their website. Scam, avoid.
Please read reviews before purchase as…
Please read reviews before purchase as my experience the same as all below, total scam and gutted I got sucked into it. Tried to cancel before I went on holiday as they hadn’t arrived after being on order for three weeks but was told I couldn’t as they had been shipped. Product looks nothing like the photos, I didn’t even need to take out the packet to see it wasn’t what was shown in adverts, so didn’t bother. After reading below I won’t sent back either for the price and chance I would be unlikely to get a refund. They probably know this too which is why for them it’s a good scam! I will take to a charity shop, if they will accept them….
Would give ZERO stars if I could
Would give ZERO stars if I could! Ordered more than 2 weeks ago and no reply to my emails. Shipment is coming from China- had I known I would have stayed away...Shame on Instagram and Facebook for allowing a company to scam customers
Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish, waited 4 weeks for delivery. I now have new cleaning rags for the car. Do not buy from this scam company.
Scam. Beware.
After many attempts to have my goods delivered and receiving stalling emails from the company, they eventually arrived today and were the wrong size. Have tried to contact the company by email to ask for a returns address and have no reponse. Everything on their website indicates they are based in London. The goods are actually dispatched from china. There is no documentation with the goods and therefore no way to identify here they are actually located although they gave a vague reference to Southall, London on the delivery package. Total scam which is not helped by the alleged TRUSTPILOT 5 star reviews shown on their website. Total scam.
Poor Quality shirt
The quality of the shirt that I purchased is very poor.
The description implies that it is a high quality garment. It is not. I would be unhappy if I got this quality from Primark.
I tried to cancel an order before it…
I tried to cancel an order before it was shipped. They ignored the email, waited 24 hours, and then replied to say they couldn't cancel because they'd shipped it! Tracking info makes clear they shipped a day after I sent a cancellation email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Shop, which is owned by Shopify, does not let you report problems until 30 days after delivery of goods. So scams like go unreported. I'll be reporting it though.
The "trader identity" in their general terms states:
VAT registration number: 90486269
Papaverweg 34
1032KJ Amsterdam
That is not a valid Dutch or UK VAT registration number. No company name is provided. The address is a multi-occupancy industrial space in Amsterdam. The goods are being shipped from China. The kate-london.com website contains THOUSANDS of FALSE TRUSTPILOT reviews which to my eye appear AI generated.
A cynical scam site
I ordered and eventually received 3 shirts from this outfit! It took 2 weeks for them to turn up, and when they eventually arrived, I discovered very poor quality polyester shirts with unbelievably poor stitching, totally careless finishing and equally abysmal packaging. They state that they have a returns policy, but when you initiate that, you find that for "environmental reasons", they require you to pay for tracked post to return them to China at a cost, with Royal Mail, of over £20. What is worse is that they claim thousands of positive Trustpilot reviews and it is a lie.
This experience also demonstrates just how effective Facebook is at monitoring those who advertise on its site. It is rapidly becoming a home for scammers.
It’s shocking that companies like this…
It’s shocking that companies like this are allowed to advertise on social media.
It’s shoddy made nothing like the photos and no chance of a return.
Like a lot of people I should have read the reviews on trust pilot first.
Facebook should be ashamed at allowing companies like this on its platform.
Money down the drain.
This is a fraudulent company
This is a fraudulent company. STAY WELL AWAY! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Awful product. False advertising. Clothes nothing like the ads. Returns are to china which costs a fortune - and I’m not even bothering as I’m sure I won’t get any money back. This company should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook.
Dismal company
Dismal company - their adds on Dacebook for example have the exact same clothes / offers under different company names. Do not trust this company

Product's eventually arrived after 4 weeks never seen such poor quality. No clue as to the material used due to no labels and stitching is appalling.
