I waited 3 weeks for 2 pairs of loafers, the only thing I can do is throw them away and chalk this one down to experience.
Cheap chinese knock offs they're not suede they stink of cheap plastic and even cheaper glue.. and I would have to return them to China at my expense.
I should have checked Trust pilot.

Just brought a pair from Loake ( should have done that in the first place).

This is a company shipping goods from China. If you need to make a return, expect to pay for it yourself. Worse, they 'green-wash'; it: 'We strive for sustainability and endeavor to minimize our ecological footprint as much as possible. For this reason, we unfortunately do not offer free returns.'

Should have named the company Kate Zheijlang!

The product description is false and the shirt falls well below acceptable standards.
In addition, your returns policy is completely inadequate. To mask non refund of postal charges behind dubious environmental claims is a disgrace. With a return address in China, your company is in effect preventing proper trading practice.
Your company is based on a sham.

Do not order form this company. i agree with all the comments. why are not facebook taking down the advert.. its a criminal activity and they are crooks. the quality is abysmal, false information is been provided from the product details and the final product is disgraceful. they take down these comments on their site

This company is a complete sham. I was fooled by the Trust Pilot ratings on their website, but should have checked the Trust Pilot website as the ones they show are all fake. They have taken my money but not delivered my jacket. Keep giving false excuses and are now ignoring me. Do not use this company under any circumstances. I will now have to take other means to get my money back.

Absolute crap. Nothing like the Facebook advert. Completely oversized, crappy material, crappy design and style. Bunch of Chinese scammers make it out to look like English Company. Why aren't they banned from advertising yet?? They are showing a whole load of false Trust Pilot reviews on their site as well.

Absolute scam. They take your money, send awful quality clothes and then when attempting a re-fund - give you an address in China and you have to pay to return them.

What a terrible company - ordered a shirt over 3 weeks ago and still not received. Shirt never received. Supplier tried to get me to cancel chargeback so they could refund me (unlikely they would) but Mastercard supported my refusal. Don’t be pressurised into cancelling a chargeback.

How I wished I checked Trustpilot before ordering I agree with all comments there. Shirts nothing like Facebook advert, poor quality and design, went straight in the bin and had to take £70 hit on the chin absolute con. Beware!

The quality is so poor. The shirts does not resemble what I ordered.

Facebook should really be ceasing advertising. This product is from China, 100% polyester as the label shows with a collar from the 1970s it’s so large. Unless you are going to a fancy dress do not buy and if you do stay well away from naked flames. As all other reviewers indicate this is a scam site.

I ordered two shirts from this company. When they arrived they were nothing like the picture in the advert and of poor quality.
There was no free return form in the parcel so I returned them to the "return" address on the label. I also emailed the company after doing this telling them that I had returned the shirts.
Despite having said I had returned the shirts to the address on the label of the parcel I was told to send the shirts to China. I was also told they did not offer free returns because it encourages us to be more mindful about our purchases and their impact on out planet and that they prioritize the Earth. Really!
They have not returned my money and so I have contacted my credit card company regarding the situation.
Looks like a scam .

Total scam. Terrible quality and as mentioned, you have to pay for shipping back to China — probably more than the price of the shirt

Asked Instagram to remove their advert and Instagram refused!

I ordered a shirt which eventually arrived. The tiny package should have been a warning. The shirt inside was a joke and nothing like the shirt I ordered. The package showed a return address in Southall but the email I received from them shows a return address in China - I'll return to the Southall address and initiate a recharge via my credit card - clearly a scam - their website shows 5 star reviews - made up too.

Beware! Their website says it has nearly 10,000 4-5 star reviews on trustpilot which is clearly a lie. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The item I received hung like a sack, nothing at all as well fitted as in the web site image. What they don't tell you is that all the items come from China and if you want to return one you have to send it back to China at your exspense! Poor quality clothing, poor after sales service. Buy elswhere
