A total scam. I feel like such an idiot. Bought two shirts, which are nothing like the ones advertised. The material quality and stitching are terrible. When I asked about returns, they gave me some guff about wanting to save the planet by not paying for returns - and the address of Wang Maoqin (alias Kate London I assume) is in Zheijlang

A complete con - avoid
i am so annoyed as being wary of offers on social media (Instagram for me in this instance) I had been reassured by alleged positive reviews on the site. The reality is that the products did arrive but were absolute rubbish, poor quality, not even any pretence with any branding, polyester instead of cotton etc.
They have responded and I have also been given a China return address.
HAS ANYONE RETURNED GOODS AND BEEN REFUNDED? I am sceptical and suspect it would include sending more money after bad

Kate London ? Scam?
Kate London advertise through Facebook and other such platforms.
At the moment I’m very sceptical that my £100 order has actually beenndespatched and the whole thing isn’t a scam.
On their website they include Trustpilot images of 9000+ good reviews, but when coming through Trustpilot to check, it seems their account has been suspended because of breaches of rules and regulations. Have I lost my £100? I’ll report back if my order doesn’t arrive in next 24/48 hours

The company is not uk or European based. country. Returns a nightmare and they ask you to send to an address in china. We are expected to pay for the postage!!

I would give them 0 stars if it were possible. Nothing on their Instagram or website warns you that these are cheap Chinese products. They are ripping you off and have fake Trustpilot reviews on display. There is no easy way to return goods or get a refund. Wish I'd looked at the real Trustpilot before ordering from them.
