Welcome to Katie’s Pet Heaven! My name is Katalin Balatincz and I have been working in this industry as a qualified dog groomer for 22 years since I have earned my degree in my home country in Hungary. I have worked in the UK as a mobile groomer since 2016. Year by year I try to expand my knowledge more with different courses; I am also interested in Asian fusion freestyle grooming. As of 2020, with thanks to a high demand of old, loyal and new clients who return to my service, I have been able to push my business even further and open my own salon. The side of the salon has free parking for customers available at any time. Katie’s Pet Heaven will always welcome any size and any breed of cats and dogs. I will always strive to find the best and new different grooming techniques and products to achieve the maximum customer satisfaction. My business aim is to always give the best standard of service, whilst giving your lovely fur babies the care and attention they need.

Millie is quite anxious

Great groom and Happy Dog
My pet dog always has a positive experience with Katie. Excellent groom and always comes away happy whereas other groomers I have used my dog has been a nervous wreck when leaving.
I cannot rate Katie high enough and always recommend her to other dog walkers when they ask where was my dog groomed.

My crazy boys
My boys love staying at Katie’s, they are always eager to get inside and see their friends. Katie and her team do an amazing groom. I have two cockatoos, one has poodle hair which is a nightmare as it always get knotty.

My dog Riley feels relaxed during his grooming
My dog Riley won’t let me do much to him grooming wise but he behaves himself while being groomed at Katie’s Pet Heaven which is because I think he feels relaxed during his appointment. He always looks so handsome after a visit. The staff are so nice and friendly, you can see their love for animals from the minute you enter.

Cat Grooming
I wanted my Persian to have a thorough groom, although she was not matted, Katie found 2 knots. I stayed to reassure my cat as it was her first time. I also wanted her shaved around her rear end and thinned. Her claws were also trimmed. Katie was personal, professional & provided a wonderful service. I'll definitely go again. My cat felt gorgeous and, I think, she enjoyed it! I'd definitely recommend Katie.

The initial booking was easy online and confirmed quickly. My dog (Springer Spaniel) was taken on time and he was ready within 80 minutes. Best of all he looked brilliant - at last soneone who can trim my dog as I asked. Very happy all round.
