Welcome to Katie’s Pet Heaven! My name is Katalin Balatincz and I have been working in this industry as a qualified dog groomer for 22 years since I have earned my degree in my home country in Hungary. I have worked in the UK as a mobile groomer since 2016. Year by year I try to expand my knowledge more with different courses; I am also interested in Asian fusion freestyle grooming. As of 2020, with thanks to a high demand of old, loyal and new clients who return to my service, I have been able to push my business even further and open my own salon. The side of the salon has free parking for customers available at any time. Katie’s Pet Heaven will always welcome any size and any breed of cats and dogs. I will always strive to find the best and new different grooming techniques and products to achieve the maximum customer satisfaction. My business aim is to always give the best standard of service, whilst giving your lovely fur babies the care and attention they need.

Zippy's 1st visit to the groomers!😃
My cat went to Katie's Pet Haven yesterday for the first time, it was the first time he'd actually been to a cat groomers, he is usually very nervous, but Katie was very good & gentle with him, & got those unwanted knots out of his fur, he had got very matted by licking his fur, he's is now easy to brush & feels & looks very handsome, please don't hesitate to contact Katie, we both felt welcome & no stress😃🐈👌

I recommend!
I reccomend Katie (and team), she grooms my two cockapoos very well and I am able to regularly get appointments.
I like the fact they can play with other dogs whilst being at Katie’s pet heaven too, it’s good for their socialisation.
Katie also offers pet sitting which I would use her for if/when needed, it’s nice to know it’s someone the dogs have met before. You can tell they look after the dogs well!

Our puppy’s first visit to the beauty parlour and Katie’s Pet Heaven really was equal to its name. Winnie,our pet, was completely trauma free and came out looking happy and lovely Highly Recommended

I been coming with Stanley sharp for around 10 months , they started business 13th dec 2021 same day I moved to the new area. They are very caring and friendly. I have seen dogs nervous coming in and owners and even seen them allow owners to watch they dog being groomed as the dog was nervous. They speak to the dogs the whole time they being groomed.. dogs love the dog daycare today a little puppy in doggy dog care had the time of her life

Caring and reassuring
I rarely leave any reviews however, Katie's Pet Heaven gave me the reassurance when I needed a weeks boarding for my 2 cockapoos whilst on holiday. They had never left our side since we have had them, yet they went on a trial, had some day care sessions and then spent a week with Katie in a home care environment. They loved it, playing happily with other dogs and settled well. Yes my female cockapoo decided to go into season whilst with Katie but we had a back up plan which worked brilliantly and even though the dogs have never been apart they both settled without each other around, played with other dogs and thoroughly forgot about us lol!! on our return they were both happy to see us and greeted us like we were never away. I can completely recommend Katie's Pet Heaven and cannot thank her enough for putting my mind at rest. Thank you

This was my 1st time using Katie’s. Excellent service. Katie advised me the best cut for my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Coco was very pleased to see me on my return not stressed or upset. Have already booked a follow up appointment.
