Welcome to Katie’s Pet Heaven! My name is Katalin Balatincz and I have been working in this industry as a qualified dog groomer for 22 years since I have earned my degree in my home country in Hungary. I have worked in the UK as a mobile groomer since 2016. Year by year I try to expand my knowledge more with different courses; I am also interested in Asian fusion freestyle grooming. As of 2020, with thanks to a high demand of old, loyal and new clients who return to my service, I have been able to push my business even further and open my own salon. The side of the salon has free parking for customers available at any time. Katie’s Pet Heaven will always welcome any size and any breed of cats and dogs. I will always strive to find the best and new different grooming techniques and products to achieve the maximum customer satisfaction. My business aim is to always give the best standard of service, whilst giving your lovely fur babies the care and attention they need.

Today unexpectedly Rosie's last cut didn't last as long .
I phoned up and got an appoint when I wanted and she did more than I expected .Rosie's ears were matted and claws grown more than usual .
I got Rosie back and I'm so happy because things I didn't know were a problem .Katie sussed it out and Rosie so much more comfortable .

It was my first visit to Katie's Heaven…
It was my first visit to Katie's Heaven and I was a little apprehensive but I needn't have been. I was really pleased with my cockapoo's grooming, the best one we have had done to date. I will definitely be returning for our next grooming. Thank you Katie and Frank.

Generally great at what she does, made a good job of trimming cats coat. Would have been 5 star, but caught the cats leg with trimmer and made a cut.

Our dog really enjoys visiting Katie’s she pulls all the way to the front door and waits with a very waggy tail till she bursts in! We are very pleased with the groom, she was fully hand stripped and washed. Looks great and much better price than some chains we have visited in the past.

Groomers who care
A lovely couple who made me feel very comfortable, Katie took time to confirm how I wanted the cut to look and made a big fuss of my shih Tzu. He was happy for her to carry him away from me and was returned just as happy looking lovely. I feel comfortable to take him back knowing he will be well treated and not frightened of being left for a while.
