Welcome to Katie’s Pet Heaven! My name is Katalin Balatincz and I have been working in this industry as a qualified dog groomer for 22 years since I have earned my degree in my home country in Hungary. I have worked in the UK as a mobile groomer since 2016. Year by year I try to expand my knowledge more with different courses; I am also interested in Asian fusion freestyle grooming. As of 2020, with thanks to a high demand of old, loyal and new clients who return to my service, I have been able to push my business even further and open my own salon. The side of the salon has free parking for customers available at any time. Katie’s Pet Heaven will always welcome any size and any breed of cats and dogs. I will always strive to find the best and new different grooming techniques and products to achieve the maximum customer satisfaction. My business aim is to always give the best standard of service, whilst giving your lovely fur babies the care and attention they need.

We tried a few groomers…
We tried a few groomers for our two dogs but there were always small problems that made us worry they were not happy. With Katie everything was perfect, she clearly loves our dogs and it shows. Great quality groom and a great service.

Mobile Pet Grooming whats not to like!
Katie has been a godsend with her mobile dog grooming with 2 cockerpoos its so easy to hand them over one at the time at the door. Katie is reliable and does a great job with my 2 I am so pleased to have found her.

Marvellous groomer
Katie is absolutely wonderful and my dog - a havanese, adores her. She does an amazing job and makes him look (and smell!) Lovely every time. We have been using Katie for about 3 years after a negative experience with another groomer and the time and effort that Katie put into gaining my dog's trust was outstanding. If you use Katie, you will have a happy and beautifully groomed dog!
